Been playing at anonymous-casino 4 more than a while and never had any issues.
What always been a bit suspicious is that there is no such thing as a chat, you can only contact them via email.
When i first started i had to make contact because i didn't receive the first deposit bonus which got reissued afterwards, took them about 5min to reply..
Now, eversince i only use one account to play (you can have as many as you want) and i got a quite high & good payout rate it seemed like that's nothing they appreciate 2 much lol
They didn't answer my last 3 emails at all regarding usual questions etc and yesterday after depositing around 3€ in eth and winning around 0.25 eth(the first time) in just a few spins i submitted a cash out request which they canceled 3 times.
Submitted a mail request and after around 30minutes they replied cashouts are not possible at the moment since COINSPAID has a general problem with payments, they will let me know when it's solved (... I had around 10 cashouts over the day at casinos using coinspaid as provider so that was definitely not the truth)
Now here's the best part :
After i while i thought to myself '' f it, double or nothing '' lol and busted my assets (0.5 eth at the highest point, that's when i submitted another cash out request that was canceled from their side right away as well)
NO 20MIN AFTER MY MONEY WAS GONE, THEY WROTE ME A MAIL SAYING THE COINSPAID ISSUE IS SOLVED, THANKS FOR MY PATIENCE :'D

Smurfz YES THEY ARE CROOKS!! Similar situation for me, I first of all though, never agreed to the deposit bonus. That was auto, I guess. Then I finally made playthrough and for the first time anywhere and requested a cash out. I was waiting for an approval for a day or two with no action. So I began to playback a chunk of winnings. Never the less, still waited and then only to be locked out of my account and restricted from the site completely for the reason they gave was I had wagered over a limit set in bonus rules. So they robbed me of all my prior deposits as well as my winnings! SO PLAYERS BEWARE, IF YOU WIN THEY WILL LIKELY FIND A WAY TO NOT PAY YOU!!

mapluche not a good casino The betting requirements are very high and the withdrawal methods are very austere, the online information is not clear and personally they have never solved my doubts I prefer other casinos with clearer terms to play here -
