   This is one of those great casinos that you forget they exist until you accidently stumble across it. I should play here more often, and I don't have any real reason why I don't other than I am loyal to my long-time casinos and I am not a millionaire, so I can't play at them all. With that said, if you haven't found your home casino and you are new to online casinos, check them out: they are really good.

   Signed up on this casino back during christmas, managed to win some money with the welcome 10$ chip, went to withdraw and now, almost a month later still haven't gotten anything. I also tried to go to their site to contact live support to check but apperantly they now block people from sweden because it wouldn't let me access the site at all.

   This casino I remember was really fun to play at online. If I recall, there was a nice welcome code when I signed up and all. However I never cashed out and if I’d read the casinos scorecard prior to signing up I doubt I would have.
   I do recall they had a slow connection or something because the game would constantly glitch or the spins would just keep spinning. As long as it’s paying then I guess that’s okay.
   I’ll let y’all know about the cash out process soon. I think I’ll give it another go since they’ve already gotten all my information on file

   Betsoft is my least favorite of all the game providers and that is the only provider at this casino. I don't have much else to say than that because I have no reason whatsoever to spend my money here after completing any no deposit bonuses for signing up.

   I beg of everyone on this site… do not give this casino your money!! You will not get paid. Wish there was some sort of legal action all the people that they screw over could take against them. If you do deposit to this casino make sure to use a credit card so you can file a chargeback dispute if you do not get paid your winnings.

   The games are good. I haven't tried to withdraw or deposit yet. Still working on no deposit bonus. It's a little annoying that they won't show you how much is left in the wagering requirement. They told me I could ask customer service if I needed to know. Not very transparent.

   This casino was okay, slots were cool and plentiful. Blackjack, video poker, etc. Haven't had any experience cashing out thought so I can't really comment on that part of it, I'm aware that that is one of the main things that people are looking for was reviews so I apologize that I can't be more informative on that matter.

    Horrible! If I could give this "casino" a negative 10.. I would. Been waiting 4 weeks for a payout. I've messaged customer service and emailed several times to get the same response over and over again. "Our payouts are numerous so we're booked out blah, blah, blah." What a waste of time. Save your time and money, folks.

    Nothing to great about this site just another bspin knock off but worse, as far as I seen they don’t even offer you freebies after the initial bobby200 which by the way I easily lost on and at no time did I get a sizable win and I insured I spun low to give it plenty of opportunity. Almost seemed they had a set section of games turned up super tight to not hit at all, and I love the games and such but not when they don’t even try to tease you for wins I’m talking I’d spin move spin a few love stay for a minute then move. Honestly I couldn’t believe how tight the games were they offered nothing in return just some dusty bonuses in my opinion and last but definitely not least their terms and conditions were predatory and made them seem very dishonest, and let’s face it everyone in this day in age these scam sites can’t afford to be like this at this point, not only do we the players have the power back in our hands but we are openly discussing these companies and they are being held accountable because of each and every one of us. Based off what I read from my fellow lcbers I won’t personally be depositing here. I mean look at the cash out times that’s disgusting that anyone could be “licensed” and allowed to withhold a payment for that long especially when they’re quick to take your money. Truly a classless and treacherous site I strongly advise no one play here until they change.

    This site is not the place you want to play at. They are running a financial swindle that is beneficial to them and of course scams the customer. I wrote a complaint regarding a problem on this site and No one from Bobby casino ever followed through by even denying this swindle is ongoing. So, my recommendation is that you avoid this online casino like COVID!!! (Most recent plague)

    Signed up through the link, received the free chip, but unfortunately I can't use it. There are no games displayed on the site once I am logged in. Spent well over 30 minutes with support. They said I should email the casino with screenshots. Then they said I needed to send my ID, proof of residence, full KYC and I hadn't even been able to log in and see the casino, let alone play or deposit. After not understanding the terrible support I found an email from them, after verification, that I had to deposit before being able to play. No where did it state this. Their terms also stated I didn't need to do full KYC until over 2000 in deposits or withdraws.
    So they dont follow their own terms, seem highly suspicious and overall I would not recommend wasting any effort here

    Made a deposit as it was a decent new player registration bonus. Went fast and wasn’t lucky whatsoever. Deposit was easy and straight forward. But I am not sure about withdrawing as I didn’t last very long! Bummer! Typical variety of slots. Nothing really was a stand out for this place.

    The gameplay and website are good enough, the staff on hat seem friendly and I can normally get through.
    
    Now the big issue that makes this a poor experience is the withdrawal process. I’m currently 2 weeks into trying to get my request processed. I have had about 4 emails, KYC done more than once, after a week instead of processing they sent an offer to re-deposit instead, and now still running around for a week trying to get a simple small dollar btc withdrawal completed.
    
    If getting withdrawals processed wasn’t an absolute nightmare this would be a promising place to play.

    The no deposit bonus seems unreasonable. First of all 200 dollars is a way high amount to play and win anything off of and the play through percentage is to high . You'd spend hours playing to no winning advail. If you just want to free play then sure other wise waste of time.

    This casino is glitchy. The games kept having to reload. The previous spin was still visible during the next spin.. that happened several times!
    The signup bonus was nice though. But not nice enough for me to cash out from.

    Good luck getting your winnings, AND good luck with the verification process. It took them over two weeks to respond to receiving my documents, then once they approved my documents, it took another 2 weeks of going back and forth until a couple of months later, I received my winnings. If i would not have stayed on top of getting my winnings, this casino would NOT have made any effort.
