    I have been playing at Brango for years and the main reason is because they pay fast. Almost always within 10 minutes. Their loyalty program is very good especially the part that they pay you your rewards no matter what and if they give it to you in your rewards section you can use it even if it's more than one between deposits. The only thing I don't like is all of their deposit bonuses except the no rules bonus have a max cashout tied to it, but they always have a no rules available. They approve paperwork fast also. They are a RTG casino.

    Today, I emailed the pit boss with every intention of conveying why I needed them to deactivate my account. I had one too many chat support encounters where I did not feel "supported." My email was redundant and probably just shitty, cause I was big mad.
    Then, Vincent- in management, was so genuinely empathetic and made me feel heard. He also defended his chat team- in a way a good manager would. Then offered some very generous compensation as an apology for my experience. I'm so touched... In an appropriate way.
    Brango is the tits. Make America Brango again. I love it.

    When I first started playing at this casino about 5 years ago they were my go to casino I honestly say they have consistently gone downhill since then the customer service is horrible, rude nasty unprofessional it seem like they want it all get the answers for everything. It’s just horrible. I hardly play there anymore.

    I apparently created an account years ago, and I can't recall the email, username or password. Every time I try to reset it, I am unable to get any information sent to any of the email addresses I use for my account. So then I try to create a new account and I get blocked with a message that says I am only allowed to have one account. So, I have made an account at one point or another, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. Then again, I can't stand RTG games, so I doubt my score would be much higher anyway.

    seems like this casino has done a dive bomb right to the bottom. Unfortunately this seems to be the all around notion that they are taking as a collective. Some times I wonder how long a company can even go on like this but it seems too long indeed.

    I'm rather disgusted by this casino been playing here for years until today I used a no rules bonus the email they sent specifically states there are no ceilings no limits no withdrawal caps and any other coupon they send will state max bets and limits this coupon states the exact opposite of limits, there email they sent even says unless the coupon states other wise which this one does so I don't care what the t&cs say because what the coupon states that they sent me. oh here your vip bonus we held on to you for a bunch of crap
