It is EXTREMELY difficult to get in touch with customer service, in my experience. I needed to update my phone number, and it took longer than needed. I was even locked out of my account because my new number was not updated.

grandmastrFLUSH I mean the bonuses aren't what they used to be, but in terms of sweeps based casinos, it's right up there with the best of them. They have plenty of freebies. They don't have any weird terms and they pay out. What else do you want? -
Galahad Without a doubt, crown coins came onto the sweeps mobile casino scene and just took over hands down. They are literally nonstop social media giveaways, holidays and bonuses. Everyday you log in there are mini games for free SC, they are huge in terms of staying active to entertain the players. I've cashed out more Here than any other online casino legitimately -
Playa3171 I love this one I play it everyday. It has original games, and live tables that I've only seen there, pragmatic play slots are hard to find depending on your location. New contest and missions everyday, highly recommend this to anybody. -
roccoammo11 So easy and fun to play at crowncoinscasino. First social Media Casino that accept German Players. Cashout time in under 24h. Daily free SC. Best casino -
Helen Wait At first was not too thrilled with crown coins but I got to tell you they turned it around. I won $400 on a bonus (I have deposited hundreds of dollars there in the past) and this time they did come through. Albeit it took them about a week! My biggest complaint is their customer service is a loop you can get trapped in the loop and it's just an AI bot so having actual communication with the person is very difficult. They have a great library of games though and lots of great extras. -
GLB713 I've won and redeemed nearly $4000 in the last 30 days. Earlier this week I hit $1000 on a 20 cent spin.
I always receive my payouts in LESS than 24 hours.
Daily bonuses are usually at least $1.00 but sometimes you get more.
The more you play, the more bonuses you get... weekly, monthly, birthday, and quite a few random ones too.
I've been playing CC for over a year and I've had very minimal issues. I've had to contact customer service one time when I couldn't redeem a bonus and they handled it and tripled the bonus for the hassle.
I love this casino... it's a fun side hustle! -
AustinSheppard569 Crown Coins Casino is a total blast! I love the vibrant slots, great interface, and those exclusive bonuses that keep the rewards coming. The daily offers are unbeatable! My only gripe is the slow withdrawal speed, which tests my patience. Despite the wait, it’s a top-tier site. I give it a solid 4/5 stars! -
Mario Dominguez I like crown coins ok but it is slow o get your payout but they do have a great selection of good games -
James Trebby At first I wasn't to crazy about crowns when I first signed up and it wasn't until I had played on many other platforms and lost and lost, I mean like a lot to online casinos in general. Cime to find out Crowns has treated me very well in fact its my second most in redemption. In the past 10 days I redeemed $125 from a no deposit just a daily reward which was a spin on the wheel and the night before last I got an email from Crowns for 7/$.2 no deposit free spins to which I redeemed $250 of $283 and change hoping to run it up more with the $33 and change but my luck ran out and I gave it back but I was happy and it couldn't have come at a better time as the past month or two havent been the greatest. -
Phucku Minimum I'll start playing with is $3 and I get to wager at least twice a week sometimes three times a week. With all the bonuses constantly I didn't think I'd ever redeem from there but I have redeemed. I wouldn't recommend depositing there much, but just enough to keep the bonuses flowing. Cash out was quick and painless -
erin.jones So here is my problem with these places these days. These freaking advertisements that you have to watch while you are playing a game on your phone or whatever. These ads say download now and get a free $40 SC bonus. Not true. That's not true they aren't going to give you that if you download the app. You are going to get maybe 1.00-2.50 SC and consider yourself extremely lucky if you can make something out of that. -
Jari0417 I like the casino so far however I have won a decent amount and can't redeem it because the automatic system is not recognizing the proof of address. Support has not responded in over 12 hours to either email or live chat. If I successfully can redeem. I will update -
slikrik152 Hey guys just would like to let you know that there's several things that you need to update on crown coins casino #1 they do have a downloadable app for gameplay #2 minimum deposit is 5$ #3 Skrill is available to people in Kentucky I have a skrill account for years #4 They're is no pragmatic play games at crown coins casino anymore #5 my personal thoughts on crown. I think crown coins casino is very close to being the number one sweepstakes casino in America they have a wide selection of very good games they have very good customer service by email and the live chat feature listed above wasn't live I had to go to the chat section leave a message the last time I utilized the chat feature which was the first time I had to use it and I personally do believe that is outstanding for the amount of time I have been a member of crown coins casino now they're withdrawals are easy and 1 to 2 days if that and to me thats relatively fast considering the amount of time it takes at some of the other sweepstakes casinos I have played at . I would have given them a 5 star rating if the redemptions were instant like a couple of other sweepstakes casinos I play at and last of all the live chat beings I had to leave a message and wait for a day for someone to fix my issue is the only other thing that is keeping me from a 5 star review rating well I think that sums it all up for this review other than a reminder to lcb to update the couple other things I have mentioned at the very first part of my review and if you need my email for crown coins casino or anything to verify those things please let me know and I'll get you whatever you need so these things can be updated for the people to know alright guys have a blessed day I'm going to the next one and leave another review I have several casinos to review and update thanks guys ttyl -
RoseMamiii Just tried Crown Coins Casino—got 100K Crown Coins + 2 Sweeps Coins free at signup. Slots selection is solid with Pragmatic and Relax titles, and cash-out only took me 2–3 days. Bonuses are generous, but note it’s slots-only (no tables) and support can be slow. Overall, feels like a legit sweeps site if you’re mainly into slots and want fast redemptions. -
GreenLeaves Okay, I like crown coin a pretty good amount, even for not depositing you can still rack up a decent amount to play and I've turned a few dollars into hundreds here multiple times (though I end up stopping my withdrawal because it takes to long) this site really needs same day pay or something fast for under 300 or so. But they want you to stop your w.d to spend it all back in.. so, makes sense... I guess. . Fav game is wild linX, or the Christmas crown coin one. -
danbarrrr In my opinion they have the best slots available. I love the daily missions as the rewards can be generous. Only thing is that redemption requests do take the whole 24 hours to process to Skrill wallet which is fastest withdrawal method available. Chat support is not available, it’s a bot so can be frustrating if you have issues or want quick answers. -
Lavon87 I love love love playing here. on top of the social media sc they always give us a chance to win and the games are the bomb, they are so fun and they be hitting all the time. I havent cashed out before yet because i love playing it so much, when i do win i end up giving it all back. plus they have a cool monthly reward for VIP -
Knight280 Crown coin is one that I like alot I had some one I know that won seven thousand dollars on a jackpot playing crown coin joker jewels so I been hoping that I can win something like that soon -
Helen Wait The customer service is non-existent All it is is a 24-hour bot. You do not speak with actual humans. Redemptions are iffy at best and are not quick. Even if the casino says you're verified they will ask for more verification when you're trying to withdraw And that gets sketchy too because you can't actually speak to a human so if you try to create a ticket and the bot says you can't there's no recourse. Play at your own risk. I hope LCB publishes this BECAUSE PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW! -
Helen Wait Don't trust this casino they are shady shady shady shady shady about payouts. They take way too long and they don't pay many people out for dumb reasons. Also customer service is not available there's only a bot and you will go in circles for days with no options to contact a human there's not even a email that's direct to a human You have to create a ticket and at the bot decides you don't get a ticket you don't get a ticket. -
Peter P This platform is all hype no action... I've deposited more than I could count and never able to get any line hits on deposited SC. But what really bugs me the most is the overly annoying advertisement when you log in. It doesn't remember your last selection of coins, by default always opens to GC and all the annoying screens pop up and then when you switch to SC same thing. We can all do without CrownCoins. -
AnteDuke the daily rewards and social contests and loot and 15 pop ups a day make for a great social casino that requires no deposit and you might cash out once every 1-3 months for free. However I due to all this vomiting of coins for free and their massive progressives I would never put your own money in. My guess is RTP is 20% lower than most sites you could go to. Club Player is 96% RTP for almost all games so put your money where bonuses are few. -
Joshua Tinner I'm a fan of the layout. The game selection is excellent and bonuses are a plenty. Tourney's are a money suck. But all in all one of the best sweepstakes casinos around -
FrecklesHoney This one is ok, be ready for your luck to hit the skids once you reach gold level. It takes a while to get any traction but there are wins it just takes a ton of deposits. -
Phucku Decent place with a lot of random bonuses. Not my favorite providers, so I don't play there much. The daily bonuses decent in the wheel that you spin actually does spit out money sometimes -
FrecklesHoney This site is a ridiculous waste of time and money, your game will crash during bonus rounds and that game will mysteriously be the only game that won't load for days. -
seanpdunn Crown Coins is one of my favorite social casinos. They have a ton of games as well as endless bonuses that come in handy when you want to kill some time for free. The website is easy to navigate and fun to play at -
Thanyajaco this casino is great tbh, you can level up playing sc AND gc, my first level up was all gold coins, they gave me 10 bucks for leveling up, they also payout pretty quickly, i’ve withdrawn 2x and both times to my chime, i got it the next day-
Peter P Thanks for sharing your experience about withdrawing to chime!
