I registered an account and made a deposit, I then went through the kyc process which was fairly quick prior to requesting my 1st withdrawal only for payout to be rejected without reason. Read through the LCB complaint forum for Ritz Slots and just know, they will at first let you withdraw small amounts, but when you win anything higher they will either say you are colluding, have multiple accounts (without showing you the proof) or ghost you entirely. They may or may not refund your deposit after asking for two types of KYC and making you wait for days, even if you did KYC before and they may even shut down your account altogether. When you try to email for more details, they never respond and customer service will say they "haven't heard back" regarding your situation. If they do show proof, it's after you've lodged a complaint and they will "show it" to LCB, but not you, even though you email repeatedly. Ghosting is common, the larger the amount, the more likely you will "violate TOS" or just be ignored and ghosted altogether. The common threads amongst many (including me) is concerning. This casino is a scam and should be blacklisted! They also do not have a license, so good luck! There are no protections in place for players who play here, so play at your own risk. -
