Their bonuses here suck and they are very limited so I kind of steer away from this casino but play at your own risk I guess

Chris K STAY. AWAY. READ THEIR NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON TRUSTPILOT. I would say read all the reviews, but the creepy thing is they have so many people leaving nearly 2 sentence positive reviews because they bribed everyone, including myself, to leave a review in exchange for casino credit. Used to bribe for positive reviews, but apparently that’s illegal, so now they just bribe for reviews in general. I have read almost every single negative review and nobody’s there is lying, customer service is borderline harassment, they change the rules of their live sports betting to avoid payouts, and their games are rigged. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND CHECKING TRUSTPILOT BEFORE DEPOSITING ANYTHING HERE. Below is my trustpilot review, — 491 spins without EVER seeing the feature:
I entered “A Big Catch” (a game I have played at least 50 times at no less than 5 different casinos) with 78.xx dollars, and spun at the absolute lowest level, .25 cents. That’s 312 spins. Not including any wins from spinning, which were also wagered. So 312 spins at ABSOLUTE MINIMUM, likely closer to 350, but I can’t be sure because I need to send an email to request my gaming history. That’s right, you can’t view your own gaming history, but I digress.
**UPDATE…THEY HAVE PROVIDED MY GAME DATA…491 SPINS…0 FEATURE** feel free to check the BET.US PROVIDED link below if you’d like to see my history (491 SPINS going nowhere fast) for this particular game:
TRUSTPILOT will not allow me to add a link in this review. Ironic, as this link speaks louder than my review ever could..
In all that spinning, not ONCE did I encounter the “hold and win” feature of the game. I reached out to explain why I would never again be depositing on this site and I was assured by customer service that they use a ‘random number generator’.That’s reassuring! What type? Who continues to certify it? Perhaps THAT company should be looked into. I have inquired with Betsoft, the game developer, to find out the statistical likelihood of 491 .25 cent spins without a feature. I also plan to make every casino review website aware of this statistical anomaly. I would advise anyone who values fair play to stay FAR away from BET.US, whose customer service has also volunteered that they use a nameless ‘third party provider’ for their gaming software. If any issues arise, we’ve got our scapegoat all set. Good to know they don’t source straight from the creators! If that doesn’t raise any red flags, then caveat emptor——
Interesting to see many bland, nondescript positive reviews here too.. Plenty of places to torch money in the world, avoid this one like the plague -
Jennifer Randall I really do wish I had better experiences with this casino. But their promotions aren't good. They don't do no deposit bonuses or rewards. Pretty disappointing. -
Justin Moffatt Site feels very convoluted and support is pushy to become your "Account Manager" (it seems as though they make commission from the accounts they "manage". Bonuses are pretty bad overall, with bad and restrictive terms and conditions.
If you just want to bet on sports, their sportsbook has decent odds from what I've seen. Otherwise, there are better options around. -
Phucku Crypto tutorial is worth going through. They send it to your personal wallet before you send it to the casino. Besides that the bonuses are junk because they're stuck to a certain provider and the games are limited. Not recommended for slots people. Initially they're going to try to assign you the betus provider probably. You have to talk to support to get it changed to a different provider. You're still only playing the games Allowed by the bonus. I noticed nucleus had more games on my first bonus. The second bonus was a survey they gave me another $25 chip. First bonus was Zero wagering and already above the minimum withdrawal -
Suitemup87 BETus Casino offers a solid gaming experience with a commendable variety of games that cater to different tastes, from slots to table games. The withdrawal times are impressively quick, ensuring players get their winnings without unnecessary delays. The staff at BETus are notably friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall user experience. However, the bonuses leave something to be desired, often not matching the generosity seen at other casinos. Additionally, the requirement to have an account manager assigned for handling deposits and other transactions can feel restrictive and somewhat inconvenient, detracting from the otherwise smooth gameplay and customer service. -
bufallocricket I like BetUS despite the low rating here. I have found there generous with no deposit casino play and after a sites overhaul I get free blackjack tournament invites regularly that I love i playing despite the horrible odds. I have had one small cashout experience with crypto that went seamlessly. better thank most in my book -
Plovelqbd Overall this is a good casino with a good game selection and they offer some good deposit bonuses. Easier to win on games after depositing. -
Kacy Xay Friendly service. Good bonuses here and there. Ive made a few deposits but never won anything though. -
pd77 Avoid at all cost. They’ve been around for decades but they will take your money.
