   I really like this casino. Any casino that gives me some free bonus or chips to start off with gets an A in my book. Add on top of that Rival and Betsoft games, and I am on board. If I had to make one critique, and this is a personal preference, I would prefer a smaller amount of chips for my freebie so I feel like I can accomplish the play through...but that is just my opinion.

   This casino is an *average" casino in my opinion. There isn't anything specific that makes it stand out from other casinos. It does have a decent loyalty program which comes with good no deposit bonuses but other than that nothing too exciting.

   I used to play here and everything was fine, at first. The biggest issue I had with them was how long it took for them to process a payout, which was at least a week. But after I had won a few times, they suddenly stopped providing me any promotions, even match deposit promotions, which definitely lowered my desire to make any deposits with them. When casinos don't care enough about their depositing players to keep providing an incentive to deposit, it really makes me question myself as to why I would continue to play there. There's so many other casinos that want to keep depositing players depositing, so why waste time and money with ones like Lucky Tiger, whom doesn't seem to want my money.

   Yesterday I was fortunate enough to win **$3,500**, and I'm hoping someone from the casino can help me get this resolved before it turns into a much bigger issue.
   
   My account shows that my ID was **successfully uploaded and verified last month**, so I'm confused as to why I'm now being required to go through the verification process all over again before I can even submit my withdrawal.
   
   I tried uploading my ID several times today, but every attempt was rejected for no apparent reason. I eventually contacted support, and they told me my verification is now pending and that it could take **up to four days** to process before I receive an email. What I don't understand is why I'm being asked to verify again when my account already shows that my ID was successfully uploaded and accepted last month.
   
   I was also asked to provide a copy of my Bitcoin address, but I haven't even been able to reach the withdrawal stage because the verification system keeps sending me in circles.
   
   After reading through the comments here, I'm honestly becoming a little nervous. I've seen several people mention long verification times, and I also read a post from someone who won $1,700 and has been receiving only $200 weekly payments, with no payment at all in the last couple of weeks. I'm really hoping that's not the situation I'll be facing.
   
   I'm simply asking if a casino representative could please take a look at my account, explain why I'm having to repeat a verification that already appears to have been completed successfully, and help make sure my withdrawal is processed smoothly. I understand security checks are important, but this situation doesn't seem to make sense.

   Big selection of games and easy $45 no deposit bonus. I enjoy playing the betsoft games like RA Power and GoldenSafari. Very nice setup and verification is not to complicated. Had some success with cashing out and recommend giving them a try.

   I claimed the no deposit bonus upon sign up. I signed up because it says they would have the game "Wolf Gold" which I love to play, but they don't actually offer that game when you login there. So overall I didn't make play through but signing up was easy. I'll keep it in mind if considering depositing somewhere new.

    I used to play on this casino. It was good at start. I have cashed out I think twice on here. It was a long process. Then tried to log on it was like I didn't exist as a member. It took along time to finally log in again. But I was restricted from claiming any bonuses or even a bonus attached to a deposit. So I really never tried to get back on again. Maybe one day I try again.
