    All management does is lie and manipulate. I wanted to close my account for many issues with this casino and in exchange for me not doing that they said they’ll give me a $250 free chip and then if I make a $50 or more deposit, they’ll add an additional $250 free chip. So I end up depositing $180 the last of the money I had and lose instantly. They gave me a $250 free chip and refused to add the additional 250. They completely lied and manipulated me into depositing more money and did not honor what they originally said they would give me as an apology to keep my account open. This is not the first time this has happened. Do not give these people your money they don’t deserve it. It’s disgusting the manipulation they have done to me because they can’t stand the fact that I’ve won nearly 20,000 from them the last month. These people are a joke.

    This casino is the biggest group of lying cheating manipulating people I have ever come across. I asked for my account to be shut down and they respond telling me they will give me 5X free chips for the rest of the month if I deposit $3000 or more. Which I did within a day or so. For the rest of this week, I have been arguing back-and-forth with management about why they have not been giving me 5X free chips. I have the emails to prove it and they still refuse to help me. They are liars and manipulated me into depositing $3000 that I lost in much more than that even and that are not honoring what they promised me. DO NOT EVER USE THIS CASINO. I have lost tens of thousands of dollars this year on this casino and they constantly promise me things to prevent me from closing my account and then when I ask for those things and show them email proof of them guaranteeing them, they refuse to do it.     Wouldn't recommend this casino. I took advantage of a promotion sent to me by the casino system. When i deposited, the casino refused to fund my account after the transaction was completed. I claimed the offer to deposit a minimum of $1.00 USD. I deposited $9.00 USD. The casino rep stated that the promotion expired the SAME DAY the email notification was distributed. Try my favorite, Eternal Slots. They know how to treat players.

    I do not really have a complaint with this casino, seems pretty fair, wouldn't mind more free spins but it is what it is. The only complaint that I have is more of a hit and miss issue. More often than not the verification email to verify the crypto is not sent. Have to go round and round with customer support that assumes you are daft and have not already checked your spam/junk folder. It gets sorted out eventually but many times I have assumed my cashout complete not realizing I needed to verify an email that never came or never got sent whatever you want to call it.

    When BettyWins first came out it showed promise. The bonuses were fair, the gameplay had life, and the payouts were impressively quick, usually within eight to ten minutes. That is one of the best features compared to sites like Enclave that make you wait several days to receive your winnings. I also appreciate the comp points system that allows players to purchase items in the store. It gives the experience more flexibility and creativity.

    Over time though, things changed. The bonuses became scarce, the free spins less generous, and the gameplay felt tighter. During free spin sessions the slots feel alive and fair, but once the spins end and you start using real money, everything slows down. It almost feels like the machines are adjusted to play colder, and that can ruin the excitement. I have also noticed that customer support and live chat are shared between all the sister sites, including Brango, Yabby, Bonus Blitz, Pacific Spins, Orbitz, Limitless, and Casino Extreme. Because of that the staff often seem rushed or impatient, and they usually send players straight to email support instead of helping right away.

    After losing over few hundred . I tried to use there coupon send it to my email and cashed out 50$ . Then the fornight cash back hit to my account . I have a hard time to finish wager requirement try to reach the max cash out of my cashback . Still need 10or20 to reach the max cash out , i Couldn’t do it and lost 60% of my balance so i went to cash out the rest . 3 days after that , i make a new deposit and lost it all . Try to use the no deposit coupon they send to my email and can’t using it . Contacted support, and they replied that my account will never be allowed to use any no-deposit coupons again, and they did not tell me the reason.

But the thing that got them a terrible mark from me is that the one time I request a withdraw they made me send in some documents that wasn't such a big deal, then it took them a few days to email me back letting me know my account was fully verified. That day I continued with my withdraw request, submitted it, and not but 10 minutes later received another email from bettywins stating there was something wrong with the system when I was playing therefore my withdraw had been canceled and all my winnings have been removed. Now I've been messaging them on the daily for about a week now and still haven't gotten a reply. Place is a total scam. Stay away from bettywins!

    It was a lot better in the beginning, but since then it’s became really bad. They would send me promotional emails for 20 spins or 25 or whatever but they would never show up in my rewards so I would message the customer service and they would say they have nothing to do with it and that there is a reason why the rewards can’t be redeemed once I try to redeem it But other days the customer service only a certain ones of them are pretty helpful and can redeem those spins for me, which is like weird since the other one said that they can’t do anything about it that it’s not up to them.

    They have a comp point shop and that is pretty innovative and a good idea. It is nice to redeem comps for spins and chips. They also have some very enticing welcome bonuses. (Which is the entire reason I deposited in the first place).

    However, I haven't withdrawn yet and others have said it takes some time. I have noticed a lot of casinos using this trick to delay giving money. I can't give them the stamp of approval because of that.

    It's alright to try, but I wouldn't use it as my main casino.

It seems kind of finicky here though.     They do not honor bonuses and limits that the casino has posted on their deposit page. Talking to customer service representatives Tyler and Nicholas is like talking to someone who has no concept of logical conversation. (I'm pretty sure I'm spelling Nicholas's name incorrectly.) What should I expect when they are led by management who couldn't care less about customers? On two occasions, I have sent emails to supervisors/management teams and did not receive any response for either issue.
    By the way, I do have screenshots of the bonuses and limits they would not honor. If anyone wants to see them, I will be more than happy to upload them

    Have a screen recording of the game "Chaser" not paying correctly, completely rigged it. Showed casino and they blatantly disregard my claim. I've contacted several third party mediation sites.     First time i have EVER left a negative review on a casino that "appeared" to be legit, the offer bonues on deposits of a higher percentage if you deposit more then 3 times in a row with screenshots with video they simply end the chat with no response. Terms on other deposit bonues that they cannot show you anywhere on the site for the player to actually read thne close the chat when you ask for a simple link to see the terms that you must have missed, they simply are not documented.     Although the casino and I got off to a rocky start, the casino came through and resolved an issue I had with my experience on their site and they resolved it very favorably to me.

    I do recommend that this casino becomes any and everyone's go-to site if you enjoy playing RTG/Spinlogic games.

    My reasons being:

    -Instant withdrawals of winnings once verified. Once a day is something that I hope can be modified if a player moves up its loyalty ladder.

    -Withdrawals starting at $20 via crypto. From initiating withdrawal to my crypto wallet, funds are sent and arrive within 20 minutes at most.

    -Daily rewards available should a player not be as lucky with their deposits for a given day

    I accidentally put in wrong code of "NDB80" which only gives $80 in free play, the code I wanted to redeem was "LCBTOGO", which gives $150 in free play. In which I didn't even use because I canceled it, then tryed the "LCBTOGO" code, in which I wasn't able to redeem! So pretty much I'm not able to redeem any code now & customer service said there isn't any thing that can be done!! BS! I would give a negative star rating but there's no option for that!! LAME!!

    I really like this new casino so far. It does seem to be part of the Yabby/bonusblitz/extreme family. I am currently waiting for verification for my first withdrawal. If it takes a long time time I will come back and adjust my rating. It seems to have very generous deposit bonuses in the beginning with a great free sign up no deposit bonus.       I was just told the KYC verification takes “several business days” from the support team. This is not okay in my opinion and it should state that very large somewhere before it allows people to deposit. I am lowering my rating.

    Great bonuses and the usual RTG lineup that you find with Casino extreme, yabby, Etc. Not only do they give you the initial bonus, but they provide additional ones later on. I haven't personally won anything so I don't know about the withdrawal process. The support staff was very nice and I think it could be a good one for the future. The only thing I didn't care for too much was the way that the website is laid out. Navigating was not difficult necessarily, but it definitely required some additional attention to find what I wanted. I guess it can be expected with a new casino but this one just seem to deviate from the usual a little bit more than most

    Enjoyed the NDB “LCBTOGO” $150, it processed code fast and credited my account without issue Registration had some issues receiving verification email, attempted three times over two hours then contacted support thru chat. Ultimately email was verified manually by sending email to support then contacting chat again. Support agents were great, game play was smooth no issues, looking forward to playing there regularly.

    Awesome casino glad to see the extreme group add another sister site to the mix. Everything was flawless, games were all the same, reward system is the same as the other sister sites. Only problem is my favorite game will not load! Hoping they fix primal warriors. I did bring it up to chat support. Whether or not they reached out to the tech team is unknown.     So the site is great. Support was great till it was time to cashout. I played the 77 welcome bonus that had a 100$ mco, and when I tried to cashout they changed it to 50 and updated the coupon terms. I have a screenshot of the coupon terms as they were when I played it and they provided me the link via chat, however when I addressed this issue, I confirmed and sent them the screenshot and they wouldn't accept it was considered a bait and switch by not honoring the coupon. If it wasn't for this issue it would have been a great experience. Instead of a glowing review, they now get an aweful one that the only reason it isn't worse is cause verification was less than 24 hours, and cause it was a no deposit code

    Generous non-deposit bonus and the games felt really loose. I made it up to $2,000 before got wiped off because of the max cash out. It seems to be a sister casino to extreme in brango. So typical RTG. The layout of the website seems pretty good but nothing special here except for the loose slots in my opinion. Hopefully they stay that way and not just because it's a new casino. I'll update my rating after I see how fast the whole withdrawal process along with the kyc goes
