All the sister casinos (pacific, limitless, extreme, brango and yabby) all have terrible customer service. You are lucky if you get one of the very few representatives who treat you like an actual person. It's as if they all read off cards and they are rude and shorthanded. They also claim if you deposit crypto you don't have to go through KYC, but they fail to tell you that months later they can lock your withdrawal page and decide to make you go through the KYC. -
