   Boo casino is one of the casinos I trust. I received their bonuses and was able to withdraw. The withdrawal was quite fast enough. They used to give you free spins every week, but now they stopped offering it same as their sister sites. Boo casino is in the same group with bCasino, GalacticWins, MrFortune. These casinos operate almost the same thing. Same games, same bonuses, same amount and time. If you are their customer, you could get their offer everyone of them at the same time.

   I am very surprised by the bad comments.
   
   I wagered a 400% bonus. Did a withdrawal. They wanted that I verify my account. I sent all my documents and was verified within 2 days and got my winnings in the same moment.

   My experience with Boo Casino has been nothing short of a nightmare, specifically when it came to getting my winnings. It’s a classic tale of easy deposits and impossible withdrawals.
   After a decent winning streak, I initiated a withdrawal. That's when the "verification process" began, and it felt like it was designed purely to delay payouts. I submitted all the requested documents: ID, proof of address, bank statements – everything they asked for, meticulously clear and compliant with their stated requirements.
   Days turned into weeks, and each time I contacted their "dedicated customer support," I was met with generic responses. "Your documents are under review." "There's a slight delay." "We require further verification." It was an endless loop of requests for documents I had already provided, or demands for new, increasingly obscure pieces of information. It felt like they were deliberately moving the goalposts.
   The frustration mounted with every passing day. The initial excitement of my win was replaced by a gnawing anxiety. What was supposed to be a straightforward transaction turned into a full-time job of chasing their support team and resubmitting paperwork. The live chat was often sluggish, and email responses took ages, further exacerbating the feeling of being strung along.
   It's clear that Boo Casino prioritizes getting your money in, but when it comes to sending it back out, they make it an utterly agonizing experience. The "fast withdrawals" and "seamless experience" they advertise are a cruel joke. I wouldn't wish this level of bureaucratic stonewalling on my worst enemy. If you value your time and your sanity, steer clear of Boo Casino. Getting your money out is a monumental battle, and it's simply not worth the stress.

   Bad experience, take ages to verify and after that again ages to get info that withdrawal not going to do because their opinion some bonus rule was not ok. I got different opinion but after long email sessions I gave up because it was no deposit offer and just decide that never play there.

   Be very careful with this group of casinos, I recently had a terrible experience after taking a bonus and completing the wagering requirements and having deposited and verified my account, They cancelled my withdrawal, the most unfair reason I had ever heard "bonuses cannot be wagered more than 10% of the deposit" that is, if you deposit 10 euros the maximum to play is 10 cents and so on in all casinos they allow up to 10 euros or its equivalent but in these casinos they have predatory terms in their favor to not pay.

   I like Boo Casino alot, and it's sister casinos too, but suddenly, after a few years of membership, they have changed their jurisdiction and my region is no longer allowed to play at any of these casinos. And this after I have made deposits, and was loyally completing my daily login bonus calendar...I was just about to make a wonderful, well deserved withdrawal valued at almost R1000.00 when the casino kicked me out...I am actually appalled.

    I would play here all the time if they could get their withdrawals out within an hour , yep you fellas a right about the problems with the support here , you dont even know if they a working that day or not, you wouldn't wanna wait for them , I have had a withdrawal fail because of old no deposit freespin bonus info still showing in my account, yep piss me off cause if I don't withdrawal instantly i will just keep spinning till I'm out , hahahah yep you fellas know how it is aye.     At first I thought I gonna like this but when the time I am about to withdraw, I feel so very sad because there's no option for the method that I have. They only got these unfamiliar with me withdrawals. That's makes me feel so sad. I hope next time there's a crypto withdrawals that is so easy and convenient. But the bonus here are totally great.

    Always an excuse not too pay out. The 4th time this year and this time I talked to them about the $1400 pending on Thursday 28th march and they said it was fine and would take up to 5 days to process but today, LOW AND BEHOLD, my withdrawal was rejected and they gave me 10 dollars back WTF! THIS IS THE 4TH TIME. deposit there ALLLL the time among boo and their sister casinos and for the fourth time when I've gone to withdraw over 1000 my withdrawal is just gone a couple days later. Live chat is a absolute NIGHTMARE sometimes leaving Mr waiting for hours. And when I do try get a resolution chat is incompetent. DO NOT PLAY HERE if u like to withdraw more then 1000$

    Boo casino is another awesome casino , they have a good selection of games and providers ,and it very easy to navigate to do everything you need to do. They have all the deposit and withdrawal options I need , but withdrawals take a bit to long , just like their sister casinos I win more often than I lose , maybe I shouldn't of said this , don't want them to change anything except for 3 little things ...... 1/ get rid of pop-ups 2/ faster verification and withdrawal times 3/ a number so you know where you a in the live chat line. Whoops nearly forgot about 1 big change is the T&Cs If they fixed this I think they would just about be my perfect online casino

    Well after receiving many emails from them with free money and or free spins (no deposit )i played the initial bonus was free 2.00 played it had live .80 or whatsoever it was.kept plaing on autoroll.while it was spinning i hit 2willlds and hi paying symbol stopped game instantly and lookked immediately and lo and behold there is no gaming history available.so i went to chat requested slot history and also the chat.at the same time emailed support with the same request both agreed to send. Neither did that was a month ago i tried emailing them couple times afterwards no response. Buyer beware glad it was a freebe and not a deposit. i rated them a 2 still because they have a decent amount of games.

    are one of the best casinos that I have seen with a very interesting interface as well as a great selection of bonuses and promotions, there are also a wide range of options for making deposits and retreats, other things that I like is the huge selection of games as williams and netent, unfortunately if you want a bono you can’t use it with a wallet but it’s very regrettable but in general it’s changing but it’s cool.

    it's a good casino but i miss some providers i like to play. it's still worth it to play , and bonus terms say only credit card but i asked and you can use your neteller or skrill and if bonus doesn't come automatically they will add it for you. very nice, support patient and helpful, it was quickly gone, my 200% bonus i got from them for only 10,- en 20 wager free spins still i liked it.

    boo casino is oke, but accept not enough payment methods sadly, they restricted some payment methods too claim welcome bonus, they also should accept like skrill and neteller so more players can claim it, support was good, casino games are good and they offer several different providers! bonuses have a bit high wager on it sadly. mobile casino also works good! my deposit came in in a second which is normal but sadly haven't tried there withdrawal time since no luck was occured:)
