Blacklisted. Under new management! As of November 2016, the business relationship went sour among the management of the family-owned Club World group. The partner responsible for the group's former good name was overruled and eventually walked away leaving the brands in the hands of the remaining family members/owners. They’ve since taken the business in a new direction, one of dishonour and a blacklisted status. The new regime reportedly sought the advice of the crooks associated with rogue operation AffPower, a decision that is extremely concerning. As shocking as this must be for the group’s loyal players, please heed our warning and steer clear!
Pros and cons
Pros
- Accepts players from Ohio
- Fast payouts: 1 business day (bitcoin)
- Accepts crypto (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash…)
- Plays on Android and iPhone
Cons
- Offshore licence only (Anjouan)
- High minimum deposit: $35
- Small game selection (1 provider)
- Low rating: 1.9 / 5

Joshua Tinner Venture at your own risk. Welcome bonus is decent but not sure if anything about them is legitimate. -
Toli Were was this post when earlier
Buzzluck.com together with other rtg slots casinos like extreme and brango
are the biggest scam online
Dont play them never deposit there its impossible to win -
Jambition I wouldn't recommend because the withdraw process is lengthy and you don't win so much. I would suggest other casinos. -
superplisi it's awful i wanted to withdraw they made me wait for "verify my identification" for weeks untill i lost all the money
it's scam and never ever put money on there .. pls people -
ericadawn11-0 I played here a couple of times I didn’t even give it to three time rule before I decided that I didn’t wanna play there Again much less actually deposit there. I’m not mad at my money like that. This casino is a waste of money -
Immaturseven37 Not once did I ever get to submit a withdrawal request for this lousy casino not only no bonus free spins or anything of such sort you would normally see in other casinos I regret wasting so much money and time with these guys😡 -
cjdawgct I did not know that Buzzluck was blacklisted - but now I know why. I have been depositing here. I actually complained to Buzzluck about the tightness of their games. Then, I suddenly hit a minor jackpot. TOO COINCIDENTAL! Of course it was on a deposit bonus so I could not capitalize. This place is shady. I will NEVER drop a red cent here ever again. The reels on some games actually delay when a winning combo is lined up. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CASINO.. -
cjdawgct RIP OFF artists. Plain and simple. Refused to honor a promotion. Never again.

Rae Rivera Oddly enough, I have the opposite experience with them from what I'm reading. Customer service is and always has been phenomenal to me. They tell me about loss bonuses that I was oblivious too, unlike the others I play with. I just made my first withdraw so I can't speak on that but I love the employees. -
ANDY MAX TOMA BUZZLUCK CASINO IS A SCAM; don't waste your money because you'll never win and if you do win, they will make you run in circles and not cash you out. these casino can't operate in the united states because it's illegal to do online gamboling in the states except a few states that allow it but most states do not.
here is how to get your money back (call your bank and dispute that charge and tell the bank its bad merchant or supplier and that you never received the goods or service, service like computer cleaning or fixing -
missiechik Deposits never show up in account, customer care is very unhelpful. I've attempted twice now to deposit and lost both my transaction funds. -
Will90 I was hopeful when I signed up here and got a free chip. So excited to play some slots, sick of RTG. But instead of pleasure and fun, pure disappoinment. Unresponsive customer service. Slots are so tight. I feel like every spin on every slot I tried just took took took. Barely any returns. Really sucks. Hoping to find a decent Rival site someday so can mix it up. This place though, not the one for me. Good luck! -
mapluche I am surprised when I found this group of casinos here and especially this brand. I only played the new player free chip but when I read that it is blacklisted I stopped to continue playing more. the only salvageable are the rtg type games but it is unfortunate that there are only 2 casinos with this line of games. -
Mojo Jojo Not particularly a good casino, it is barely a decent one and this due their lack of support towards their customers. I do not care what the positieve reviews say, I had a bad experience with BuzzLuck casino regarding the freebie I received from them. I won't make a long story but one thing I can tell you, friendly does not included in their dictionary. -
tanunax A good casino, beautiful design but few providers. Adequate support. The minimum deposit could be made less. -
key11 When I first started playing at Buzzluck, I made a few smallish deposits with no luck. I didn't bother to open up the casino for a couple weeks, but when I did, I went directly to the Live Chat and requested a bonus. Without missing a beat, the Rep granted my request with a $40 bonus. Almost instantly, I hit a large enough win to comfortably meet my w/r and cover the non cashable portion of the bonus. That left me with $800. I totally expected to get only a small portion of this win. Surprise! I got $400! All I had to do was verify my account. I know this is ridiculous, but I had a trip to take and a granddaughter to babysit and I simply put the task off until it was almost forgotten. Over 6 months later, I contacted customer support and verified my account and requested a payout. It was processed within the hour and I had it in less than two days. THIS is a stand up site! A+++ -
jumboscampi I personally didn't care for this online casino site. I didn't like that you had to download, no instant play that I could see. I don't care for a casino that puts out frequent, lousy bonuses either. I think that shows desperateness or unprofessionalism I suppose to a degree. I don't know of anyone who has gotten a withdrawal nor then of course how it went with it. I really don't know of anyone who plays here at all actually. It's not a heavily discussed subject in the forums that I belong to. But, I know I didn't care for it when I signed up and played there. -
mamagotit Meh.I don't like you have to download the casino on your pc,too fishy for me,agree with another comment, was suppose to get 1000 spins? NEVER GOT THEM. They are rouge IMO,I know some have had good experiences,I am picky player though :) but its always better to be PICKY ABOUT YOUR $$$ -
KimPossible6 Deposited and was supposed to receive 1000 spins. Never received them. Contacted support they said Canada did not receive the 1000 spins. Got no bonus at all. Sucked because I deposited more than I usually do . -
trece13 Love the different games. Great bonuses. Just wish they had instant or mobile play. -
nashek Buzzluck is a great site from nu works , very easy sign up process and easiness in downloading client is something worth attention.
The site is operating in english and accepts players from most of the countries , site is accepting payment regular as other sites, the site is performing easy withdrawals to these methods. -
2Late4Me Buzzluck Casino is exciting to play. However, you have to download the software. Instant Play was not available when I joined. But the games are winning friendly. -
roxcbrown well for now i am claiming just ok and that is only becuz they dont offer a ndb to try it out. as a rule i dont usually deposit unless i have tried it. i eventually will i'm sure becuz sometimes i will deposit based on feedback from others. -
Kaiden Sapienza Buzzluck is one of my go to contenders when it comes to different software platforms. Opposite of RTG or any other software Buzzlucks NuWorks platform has a fun interactive gameface. I deposit there a few times a month and have cashed out twice with no hassle. -
trev.ebner Love the game platform, bonuses are weak and the play through is high, better to play straight if you want a winning chance at a payout -
trev.ebner Wish they had more bonuses for depositors. Love the game platform. -
gr8tgm buzzluck is one of my favorites. I love the slots and video poker. I deposit there all time at least 150.00 month and every blue moon they will give me free bonus. when I deposit I don't take the bonus. I have cashed out once with no problems -
Vanilipas Buzzluck is interesting because using different software. But there is minus for them becaus they dont have yet flash version. But they are promising at their site that they will have it soon. We shell see:) first deposit bonus is 100% and wagering 25x d+b. Pretty good requirements. Also for ex they have monday deposit bonus is just 67%. Very little. Wagering 25x deposit plus bonus is acceptable. but because of the small bonus size it doesnt looks very attractive. -
sup3rhot Buzzluck is part of the Club World Group casinos, which I think are the best casinos using Realtime Gaming software, trustworthy and decent casinos that you can play knowing that you can cashout your winnings. I still have no deposits here, but I play in Aladdin's gold and Manhattan slots a lot and I think to deposit in Buzzluck too. Bad that I can't get any free chips before making my first deposit, but as I see there's a nice chip in the Shop that I can get in future when I deposit :) -
chohlet Good casino, for a RTG casino, this is good casino, you dont find many good RTG casinos, but this is a casino from the club world group, very trusted and they pay fast. No problems with verification or anything. Helpful support, many deposit options and software (casino client) and games running without any problems, had some nice wins on this casino and always got my money. -
flaflash99 Club World is great but have to say I am not a fan of Nu-works RTG software with a twist . And if a player likes this software this would be the place to play Club World group is rock solid and can be trusted .Myself I prefer Club USA or Lucky red out of the 5 in that group but I like RTG software and love trusted RTG casinos that pay players when they do get lucky and win .This group does and will pay its players but be sure to follow T&C in order to cashout with no issues -
Bgdubs this is the only club world casino i can say i'm not a huge fan of. while they do have the same great support staff and bonuses as the rest of the club world group, i find the smaller selection of games, the lack of instant (download only), and the "nu-works" slots and games to be kind of lackluster. somehow this one just lacks the gambling excitement for me. i would still recommend it as a great institution, but personally i'll stick with lucky red, aladdin's gold, or manhattan slots. -
tinker I love this casino and have had fairly decent luck here. I like Nu Works software next to RTG. It's nice having a change up every now and then. Customer service was curtious, bonuses could be better in my opinion. I noticed recently the minimum deposit is $35. All together I would recommend this casino. -
mickmack70 Buzznoluck for me... -
jingdrag this casino didnt pay my winnings, i had claimed no depsoit bonus here and made the playthrough but they didnt pay and closed down my account, they didnt approve my documents same documents have been approved on all my casino accounts , i contacted their chat but they didnt respond, i contacted to one forum also but they didnt respond to them also. -
marie.upchurch I play instant and prefer not to download, so this casino takes way too long to load when you want to change games. I became bored and did not even finish my free bounus money. I prefer Miami and Liberty for their free roll tournaments daily. I use a notebook and it works great on their software. Not here though. -
uhdunno awesome casino, awesome software, awesome customer service, awesome finance team, awesome bonuses, altogether the best nuworks powered casino online with lucky club. I would recommend this site to everyone as it's safe, enjoyable, and worth a look at! -
barebones I played at this casino only last week. I do like NuWorks software so I was very happy with the game selection Buzz Luck has. The live chat was very kind and professional and guided me through all questions I had. I made a minimum withdrawal from them and it was in my ewallet in next day. -
pmutts The only nice hit I ever had at Buzzluck was on a $50 free chip playing the "The Heat is On" (Fire Fighter Theme Slot). That was Christmas Eve over 3 years ago. Aside from that, I have generally had very poor luck at Buzzluck on Nuworks slots. I know others have hit nice wins at Buzzluck and my level of play is not significant enough to pass judgement. At least it is something different from the same old RTG slot games and Club World is behind them so you know you will be paid if you have that lucky hit. -
linastante I remember using their welcome offer which was a fair 'deposit 20 get 200 free spins', only 35 times to wager. The page itself isn't too overloaded, sometimes it was rather confusing to find out where is that or this. From time to time they have good offers coming in by e-mail. -
schnuggi nice games, trustable casino;-))) -
CASINOMANIAC101 I think this casino is kool for the different games they have that most other casinos ive played at don't have. I give the casino a 4 star rating they just need to put out some no deposit bonuses to get me to rate them those 5 stars. -
Gloriabe I like CWC group, but not sure if I will deposit here, there are so many casinos and I like to stick to the ones i love, and win at, this casino does not look or rather the games are not what I really like, so I do put my money elsewhere. However I could change my mind, i like to read what others say and will most likely frequent it again and see if anything is new there. Gloriabe -
iDark CWC casino with quite good reputation, but site looks old-fashioned. No Instant play versions available, it's coming soon like for 2 months.. I've tried this casino with small deposit of 20 dollars and has some verification problems. Need to send documents twice, while they been accepted. Not sure, what technology they using, but it's annoying.. Okay, the games of NuWorks are tight enough and I got unlucky with my 40 bucks, not sure, I will be back here again.. They declaring, very fast cashouts..Hmm, I don't believe them, but who knows... -
masskat I just had the oddest conversation with Buzzluck Live chat- I asked for a free chip after having made numerous deposits (never a withdrawal) and was told I was not eligible for a free chip because any time I made a deposit with them I took their deposit bonus -she kept referring to it as a "match bonus" which I had to correct her and say they were never "matched" they were a percentage of the deposit, 55%, 67% but never 100%- probably made a dozen deposits and never asked for a free chip..I play a lot at several casinos and always get free chips after deposits, most of the time without even asking for them but never been denied one from anywhere after making several deposits..so odd.. -
helena_kp Another casino, which is from the Club World casinos,so they are nice a decent casino.I sign up here ,few months ago and they were giving free chip.Dint managed to do anything from that free chip and so far neither had deposited here, but from all i have read about them, nice casino I guess ! -
tcowart86 I tried out Buzzluck Casino because the show winners right on the main site. Not too many of them do this, so it makes me believe I can win too. Great customer support too -
deb66 This casino has great games and excellent customer service. On my way to deposit there now. -
mrohacek I love this casino slots software. I dream about this casino offering no deposit bonus, in that case it would be for SURE in my personal favourite top ten of online casinos :D In this case, one cannot try their games for free before depositing, and thanks to that, the will to deposit is a bit lesser. -
tarynchristiane Love this casino but wish they offered more free bonuses -
mikbarb Not sure what Buzzluck"s problem is for some reason they banned me from their casino but will not tell me why if you ban me fine but they should at least say why I hate casinos who say its management review just be upfront try and be honest with your customers do not play at this casino. They do not deserve a rating above 2 stars -
Dedi1981 I find this casino has bad and ungly games, I dont like it and I never will (this is my opinion). It is maybe because I used to play with great games from other software like NetEnt, Microgaming and WMS. I see there are lots of gamblers who like this casino, they probably have their reasons for it :) Buzzluck is a buzz to me. -
Imcookie Yay buzzing Buzzluck Casino!! I lost a load of money at this casino but its weird to say I had fun doing it!! Normally when I lose a good amount of money online I feel slightly bitter and resentful their fore it's a rare quality in a casino that can turn it around and make you feel it wasn't so bad after all. The customer service is top notch and what little funds that were withdrawn were paid in prompt and timely fashion. So it's got to be said Buzzluck is a great casino I highly recommend you play there and I give it a 4.2/5 -
CURTSONLYLOVE1 I LOVE PLAYING AT BULUCK..I USUALLY GET A LONG PLAY TIME -
yapro123 I am happy with this casino, they part of CWC, and the most awesome thing that they had NUWORKS software, which is pretty fun to play. Recommend! -
bothektieklive.nl I have played this casino as an depositor when it still was an RTG. I thought it didn't exist anymore butt know i find him here in this list. Does anybody know if it has still the same RTG slots? -
Peachy23 This site offers a free casino download as well as a very nice welcome bonus for new players to take advantage of. They also allow you to preview their games prior to playing them, which is always an added bonus. It’s nice to have the luxury of deciding whether or not you like a game before actually having to put your cash into it. They have a variety of slots and table games to choose from and all you have to do is click on the game and it will power up and run for as long as you want at no cost to you. I am a big fan of the slots here and they have all kinds of promos to take advantage of when it comes to them. They’ve got exciting slot tournaments to engage in and win some serious cash as well as other nice slot offers! -
luckyirishgirl424 This is a review on Buzz Luck Casino. At first I thought this to be a newer casino, but after looking into it, I found that Buzz Luck was originally opened in 2004 but got a complete make over in 2011, joining the Club World group. They run under Nuworks software. I waited for a long time to sign up at this casino, because I never played at a Nuworks casino and I wanted to try it out with a free chip, but there was never a new player no deposit bonus exclusive. So I finally decided to try because I heard nothing about good things. I made my first deposit some time around Christmas of last year and I loved it immediately. I love the fresh new games that I have never played before. They do offer a 100% match welcome bonus up to $868, with wagering requirements 25x for slots and 250x for craps. I deposited my first time bonus free. I dot like to take the match bonuses because I font like to try to make it through the play through. Since I had never played with this software, all of the slot games were new to me. They also offer video poker and table games. Immediately I loved the game Duel in the Deep. It has a feature where if the Sword fish or sumo fist appear in reels 1 and 5 you trigger the feature. During the feature there are 3 rounds of fish dueling. you pick which one is going to win, and if you guess correct you will receive 5 free spins plus up the multiplier for each correct guess. Once the free spins end your winnings are added up and if you dont win at least 10 times you trigger the win-win feature in which you can gamble to win more money, but you wont lose what you have already won. The other game that I enjoy a lot is LUcky Numbers. In this slot, you can trigger the feature by getting 3 or more lucky number symbols and receiving free spins. I loved this slot, but never did get the bonus. I comment this casino to everyone. -
wyldheart Buzzluck Casino is part of the Club World or Club USA group only it is a Nuworks platform casino. This is the only Nuworks casino for this group with the rest being RTG. I have played at Buzzluck several times and thoroughly enjoyed my time. The slots are extremely fun and have different themes than most US Facing casinos. They have fun bonus rounds and not all of them just provide free spins as sum give bet size bonuses as well. My favorites have been Catmandu, Alaskan Skies, and the one with the little dolls (can’t remember the name, but its cute!). These little dolls are expanding wilds and show up quite often when you are playing. Catmandu has the same concept only it has a funny cat and the wins can be wonderful!! You can quickly boost your bankroll playing this game. Their Moby Duck game is fun and the graphics are cute and funny. It makes playing fun! Buzzluck has always seemed pretty loose to me and I have always had luck playing for several hours on a small deposit of $20.00. There deposit options are really good for the United States and you can use your credit card as well as other processors if you bank will not approve them. Customer service has always been great with me when there have been problems and offered a bonus to help out because of the waste of time. I have never made a cash out here but I could have a few times but I chose to keep playing and ended up losing it all, but not right away at least! They send bonus emails a few times a week with great bonus codes and also during the Christmas holidays you can expect a free chip or for the New Year you will receive a freebie as well. They have bonuses with free spins and have a special email each week for loyal players that usually is pretty good with a low play through. I have found Buzzluck to be fun and a nice change from the usual RTG’s that the United States is faced with. -
shirlsplay Buzzluck casino is part of the club world group , which has a good reputation. so not long after they opened I made a deposit and started playing there slots. at that time they did not have as many game as they do today. i played a few different video slots betting the minimum of just a quarter a spin. I did not want to change my bet and than all of a sudden i start losing. i did rather well on the bonus rounds. i got them often , which i was surprised to get them that much. it was on my first deposit I was able to build my balance up to around $400 and meet the playthur requirements. so i decided I wanted to cashout my winnings before i put it all back in. I put in a request to withdraw $350 leaving me around $50 to still play with. I sent in all my documents that they asked for , than waited. I did not have any problems withdrawing my funds. They sent me a check in the mail for the amount i requested. i can not remember if there was a fee for them sending me a check. The hole process took maybe two weeks total to recieve check. I played the rest of my money and i was able to make it last a couple more days. i had only made the minimum deposit of $25 and was very happy that i got $350 back. That was on my first deposit , i have made a couple more but have had no such luck. there games are different from other casinos because they use the nuwork software. the games to me are a little better than other casinos because there different. The pay on them is pretty good also. the layout of the casino is easy to navigate around to. there support is quick and very helpful. also around the holidays they give a free bonus plus other bonuses. The deposit bonuses are good they sometimes comes with a free bonus. buzzluck casino is just a really good place to play at with a good reputation. you should not have any worries if you deposit and play here. -
Lootva It is becoming really a challenge to find some casinos where US players can register and play. I have a few good friends from the US, and sometimes we get together to play. Recently, we found out about Buzzluck, and decided to give it a go. I was aware that I have never played in a NuWorks casino, and that I might have a problem or two with documents. Well, I was right about that, and I took me a while to polish things up with the support (which was a bit confusing), and although I was a bit annoyed (they did denie me some documents, although they were completely original. Weird and not very promising, but I went along. There is only a sign up first deposit bonus, a 100% up to $868, but no other bonuses, which was a bit disappointing. Still haven't win a thing, so I can't say anything about the speed of withdrawal. Not sure I will come back though. -
dtsweet Buzzluck is owned by the ClubWorld Group and is one of the few casinos to employ NuWorks software. They have a slick, but dull site, hardly optimizing it at all to showcase their games, winners or promotions. They offer a 100% welcome bonus up to $868 which is sticky (bonus funds non-redeemable). They offer a basic comp point structure of 1 comp point for every $10 you wager, and every 100 comp points can be converted into $1 cash with no wagering or cashout restrictions . Like their CW sisters, CW is stringent on documents. Here (and another of their group) I've had my documents denied, irrespective of them being the same I use at every other casino going, costing them my deposits (why deposit if I can't withdraw?). Additionally, CW players are voicing more complaints on the poor service they have been receiving and stalled or delayed payments. If you happen to be from the US, expect greater delays in receiving your funds. Ultimately though, it seems players are getting paid, just at a rate far slower than that of the current industry norm. In a competitive market, slow payments make for a poor PR tool. CW casinos still remain popular (US have become, sadly, limited as to where they can play) so if you aren't fussy on withdraw periods, the games are certainly interesting and unique. -
crazeeK Is there a no deposit bonus offered to new players? -
Craig Seeing as all of the other CWC's have a rather descent reputation, I didn't think too much of it before making several deposits and checking out Buzzluck and Nu Works software. Play was rather enjoyable, and even received a $50 comp a few days later (granted I lost several hundred dollars). Approaching the following weekend, I got an email for a 25% cashback promo for any losses during the upcoming weekend. Over the weekend, I lost a few hundred dollars more (although was up a fair amount at one point). A few days later, I contact 'live chat' regarding the 25% cashback that was offered, and was told to send an email to the promotions dept. requesting the cashback promo be credited to my account. Two days(business) passed and no response(even though their web site clearly stated that they will respond within 48 hours). Sent another email......three more days gone by, and nothing. This is highly unacceptable, and I will leery about depositing with any of the other CWC's from now on. I've been seeing an increase of issues directed at CWC lately.......what gives. I did contact 'live chat' again and asked to be advised on the situation. He sent a request to promotions for me and also said he'd follow up with them on Monday when the promo people return from the weekend, so all hope is not lost.....yet. Will update if/when resolved.
