churchur69 My favourite online Casino. Great games, loyalty points and bonuses. Excellent variety. Easy KYC.
Have withdrawn a few times and although it takes a few days it goes into your bank!
Love these guys. -
EmpressLinda Simple question in chat about missing monthly loyalty points. Bot gave irrelevant answers, ignored me, then abruptly ended session.
Next day: permanent group-wide ban, falsely labeled “Responsible Gambling” with no explanation and refused to clarify or provide proof.
Zero warning, zero evidence, zero transcript. They stole my remaining balance, all earned VIP status, loyalty points, and giveaway tickets.
Refused to justify or return anything! I was a regular depositor and the one time I had an issue and brought it to their attention I was treated like crap and they stole everything from me. I have filed complaints on them with regulatory authorities and I will not ever recommend anyone play at Cooks (more like crooks) or any other casino rewards sister site.
ZERO/5. Predatory scum that robs players the moment you dare complain!
Absolute trash operation. Avoid at all costs. -
krazarker Captain Cook's Casino offers a mixed bag for players. The game selection is a definite strong point, with a wide variety of slots, table games, and video poker to keep you entertained. They also boast some genuinely appealing bonuses and promotions, which can be a great way to boost your bankroll.
However, the user interface feels quite dated and could definitely benefit from a modern overhaul for a smoother and more intuitive experience. Furthermore, the withdrawal process is a significant drawback, often taking longer than desirable. While the games and bonuses are good, the dated UI and slow withdrawals unfortunately detract from the overall enjoyment so this casino isnt one of my first choices. -
Jason Antonucci fun site, good variety, i like the rewards program, you can get a lootbox for free every 2 hours if you make some deposits.
withdraw a little slow, lots of deposit options -
Candace Nielsen They have a good variety of games and they have a few decent games that only cost .1¢ a bet. The promotions are decent and get gifts in the mail often for $20-$100 money to play with a playthrough. I don't loke the withdrawal process it takes upto 7 days. We live in a world where e-transfers exist it shouldn't take any site longer then 1 hour to process a payment. I recommend this site as the win ratio is very good!! -
Jim Don I enjoyed playing at this casino! If I get a good run over a month, I will get onto the VIP loyalty program, which is decent and only takes half that amount the next month to get back in there. Yeah, overall, I like it. -
Yves Audy Captain Cooks is an excellent casino with a good slot machine. I also like the support it has on a great casino loyalty rewards program. . I often receive VIP point recompence from Captain Cooks. today I am very happy I just won $ 900 at roulette I recommend you this casino -
maiwen63 Good casino despite that I have never won. I only made two deposits. good customer service. -
sanchya registered at this casino, i got popup message that for my deposit of 10 euro i will get 150 free spins! thats better than 100 for fiver, no problem, i did deposit and then problems started-NO free spins added... went in live chat asked for free spins and they told me - u will not get them, just deposit few more times..play few more days etc..and then MAYBE u will get something...amazing! i totally feel like they cheated on me! they asked for my money with great offer and after deposit they just laughted! -
raze18 What i love on this casino is low minimal deposit of 10€ and also plenty of great games i actually love microgaming the most of all slots even though its pretty expensive for me to play in euros here, if i can afford it im always in, only thing i dont like here is that they sat on 200€ worth comp points and are still noit willing to let me redeem them and keep depositing :x
Tried today another deposit and my comp points still locked x.x -
PattyCovers I only registered here for that appealing welcome bonus but I didn't have any luck with it and to be honest, the deal isn't even as good as it looks or sounds. It has a whopping wager requirement of 60x the bonus. I'm not a big fan of these types of casinos and I don't even know why I deposited here in the first place. I really like the games but not so much the casino. -
herlis Captain Cooks Casino another Microgaming casino just like any other microgaming casinos their games are really very nice and graphics are very nice indeed, one of my favorite microgaming slot is Cashville. i'm quite lucky with this game i always end up winning but what i really always play at casinos whatever software it is , its video poker mostly jacks or better , joker poker and other poker games. I really like playing video poker thats why if i lose and most of the time i do its because of video poker but every time i play even when i lose. i always enjoy every second while playing. -
tanunax In the Captain Cooks Casino, only one provider is Microgaming and an auditing company of the Ecogra. This means that the casino is 100% reliable. Absolutely all the games from Micro and all the new games are here one of the first. Instant and friendly support. -
varvero A casino from the CasinorewardsGroup I have been playing at since almost 10 years. Their signup bonus is very attractive for lowrollers as you can get 25 free for a deposit of only 5 (can be used to play progressive slots as well). Besides they offer match bonuses up to the fifth deposit, ranging from 25-100% value. What I Don’t like so much is that the payouts take a little too long, like a couple of days until the money finally hits the account. Also, the layout could be a little bit more professional, it looks a somewhat cheap. I do not get spam emails from captain cooks as often as from many other casinos of the group for some reason. So I think this casino is okay. -
nashek Well Captains Cook is one of these casinos sites from microgaming that is offering in my opinion the biggest deposit bonuses of all times, they are counted even in thousands.
Here you can for example get even $2000 casino deposit on your deposit.
What's more they support nearly all microgaming games including jackpot ones and big stakes.
You can get helped via email for example by standard casino desk -
hkatd Captain cooks give you the opportunity to win money even if you deposit 1 dollars and give you 80 chances to be millionaire as it says meaning to hit a jackpot ! This bonus is really cool and i will use it soon ! Also this casino has a a great casino bonus for depositors and gives you 500 % up to 25 euros meaning if you deposit 5 dollars you will get 25 dollars which is really cool for such a deposit like that ! I recomend this casino it looks really cool to me ! -
Vanilipas Captain Cooks just another poor microgaming casino. After you entered their site i think you should not wanna register account here. However i have registerd here because of the chance to become millioniere:) so i mad small 5 eur deposit. But of course i know that this was my first and last deposit here. And i promissed myself never to play at casinos like this. Microgaming games are magical but their casinos are awful and with very agressive promotional companies. -
steppek I made some deposits at this casino some years ago. And I won some money, but when I wanted to make a withdrawal, it was to much work with nothing to get my money. So no more Captain Cooks casino for me. -
barebones Since my last review I made a deposit there and withdrew around 300 euros after a few big winnings. Support were really good and answered to all my questions, I never felt unwelcomed, support was very professional and kind. I received my winnings in a little over 3 days, without any verification or any documents. I recommend them. -
mickmack70 It takes 4 days to withdraw... but i won often. Crewards are the best!! -
barebones I noticed this casino some time ago because of their regular and generous free cash bonuses. I haven't signed up there just yet but I think I will because they have Microgaming games which are one of my favorite ones and maybe I'll have some luck there. -
residenceNelis captian cooks is a really hot looking casino! i like the theme they use;) they are one good microgaming casino!:) excellent support! fast payments i always experienced! only good words for cooks! never dissapointed me! also they reward my loosings and loyalty really good with nice freebies and free spins from time to time! they are really nice! -
tiger1959 It says you get 1 hour free play and $500 but thats not exactly true because when you win from your free play which everyone does you then have to deposit to get your free winnings so you can start playing for real and wager the bonus. Its quite misleading. Plus i dont actually think they accept players from the united kingdom anymore just like most of the other microgaming casinos -
pinkxxx I deposited here a few times along time ago . Seemed that once I did the promos stopped coming . They offered no good match bonuses or anything so I stopped playing there and went off to other microgaming casino with better promos and more consistant match bonuses . Maybe they have changed a bit since part of the casino rewards group . But the interface is nice and slots didn't seem too tight . -
Gloriabe I have often thought of depositing here but have not yet, I am a member and have heard good things and winners here, but they dont give a lot of bonuses, I like Lucky Nugget have been there for years, and it gives me great bonuses and wins, I stick to this casino because it has payed me from day one, that and Go WIld, I dont frequent Casino Rewards casinos but have heard there are winners here so am going to take the step to deposit here soon, this one might be the one, I love the freeplays they offer I must admit , great bonus, and I won sometimes too, only the $100 though but not after that. Gloriabe -
mrohacek E-mail boxes spamming practices declare never a good company to deposit money into. That is my simple rule. -
winner1177 Casino rewards spams alot because they are desperate to get players cause they dont have anymore. They have made some monumental mistakes and aren't fixing them like close at least 10 of there casinos. They say they 10 million players registered and maybe they do, but when 9,995000 arent playing there anymore it aint that many. If you wanna win don't play at casino rewards its that simple -
yapro123 Like all other microgaming casino powered by casino rewards, this is generally good casino, only bad thing is a lot of spam that they sent out, it is really annoying. -
MerengueBG The first MG casino in which I deposit money. Big mistake but I was young and there was no gambler who tell me I should not do this. All casinos in this group I recommend avoiding at all costs. For me there are no bad MG casinos, but Casino Rewards Group as an exception. -
norman.guno One of the fastest ever losses in all casino rewards sites for me $200 bonus gone in less than 30 minutes, I won a $150 bonus on spin free for an hour an keep the winnings, real disappointment, most sites would comp you some more bonus back, for losing that fast an hard NOT this one. -
iDark Captain cooks, another interesting name, that leads You to fun. This one only Downloadable version, so You can enjoy Your games only at Your pc platform. I have all casino accounts on CasinoRewards group casinos and to be honest, never have any complaint with them. Thats why I'm rating this group only high. Great customer , fast and easy payouts, but I would like if they add manual-flushing, because I lost many times when reversed withdrawal again ( don't do it anymore, just forgetin about pending time and not playing at all). there no free spins or ndb bonuses at this casino, You must deposit first to get value of welcome bonus. bit disapointed about it, because deposited a lot all over the group casino's and only got NDB after earning enough Vip points. At the end, Another great name with our favourite microgaming slots! -
bubu87 I see there is 2 comments from U.S PLAYERS yet microgaming does NOT accept U.S players. Casinorewards group are known for NOT paying players and alot of affeliates im suprised this one gets paid. This casino is a casinorewards group if you want to know what there like just google Casinorewards problems. There rogue casinos id advise you do NOT sign up to any casino rewards, unless you loose big before you withdraw they will NOT lrt you withdraw. Do your homework on Casinorewards there a big NO NO...... -
fuelly99 I take everything back I ever said about this organization, THIEVES! They have suspended my ability to receive anymore bonus through my vip, AND they wont tell me why because ITs by there own fault! Not only that they never told me about this until I made a deposit on one of their casinos of $50 an I was expecting a $50 bonus, as it was a typical 100% match! SO I played my $50 deposit like I would any deposit THAT was suppose to be matched with a bonus Hard & Loose! so when I was done an NO more of my deposit?? I tried to claim my 100% match an they TOLD me my vip points where suspended, FOR NO reason! -
Lootva It is a Microgaming site with downloads only, I must admit that I am no fan of that. You have to download a PC only software and install it, no instant games and no mobile site version. The site looks decent, but a bit generic, but i do appreciate that they don't have that much graphics to choke the front page. The main bonus is a time limited thing, you get a $500 and 60 minutes to make a best out of it, with a maximum $150 cash out and a 30xb WR for Slots (all other games have a much higher WR). If you don't win (like me for example), you get a Second Chance Wheel, and a chance to get something. I got just a small bonus, and decided to call it a day. The site is not that bad, and I do like Microgaming software and games, but I hate download only option, and since I got zero luck in the beginning, I will just stop there. -
HighHeelSneakers I first joined this site based on their welcome offer. I found it to be a really good one and there really wasn’t a catch at all. Any games can be played using this offer. However, I found the jackpots to be nothing spectacular. They don’t tend to get too high at all and I was disappointed by this. Their slots and games in general were nothing extraordinary and you could virtually find them anywhere else, plus ones that are better. I also found the payment options at the site to be very limited. I had a bad experience with their customer service. I tried to make a withdrawal and I did not receive it quickly at all or even after an average amount of time. I tried to contact customer service to get some answers but I didn’t have much luck. It took them forever to get back to me and they didn’t do much to help once they finally did give me any feedback. -
Peter Pinter I played in many Rewards casinos and lost and won money too. I cashed out from another member casino without any problem ,but this week when i tried to cashout 500$+ (after wagering a massive bonus) at Captain Cooks they LOCKED MY ACCOUNT without explanation. I checked my other Casino Rewards member casino accounts and they were ok. Isnt this suspicious? Be careful!
