I truly think that some features like a room raffle type event was a wonderful addition. A very worthwhile option in my opinion would have to have been the tournaments that were provided to participate in. They had a lot more options than most other sites it appeared to me. While having tournaments free to join or really low cost for a fee to join. Some were a little higher but from that fee it increased the tournament’s prize pool 🏆 significantly! essentially, the withdraw I was supposed to have this morning was denied, to which they added another 2 business day waiting period, not including today. the withdraw i requested Wednesday, is being pushed back another 2 business days, making it an entire week because as a new player I am supposed to know the rules of the site better than the support agents who work there.
