Warning. FortuneJack has been placed on LCB’s Warning List due to multiple player complaints regarding the external JackToken project promoted by the casino. Players report issues such as pending or blocked withdrawals from JackToken, incomplete project deliverables, and misleading project changes. After numerous attempts to obtain clarification about the project, the casino has provided no official response. We therefore advise players to exercise caution when engaging with this particular project until these issues are fully resolved.

I have used this casino many years and made several deposits and verified my account. I whitdraw my winnings, but Casino declined it and banned me. They didnt give me any explenation and they refused to even talk about it. They wanted to keep my deposit also (200e) but finally they let me to whitdraw my deposit.

Fortunejack seems like a cool online casino overall. I like that it works reliably on a wide range of mobile devices. Many other casinos have interfaces that look cluttered or feel clunky on smaller screens. I didn’t win anything here, but the process of making a deposit and getting a bonus were very easy.

Casino is all good when depositing and loosing. You will find it easy too use if your deposits far exceed your withdrawals. If u happen too win more than you deposit or even come close then expect your worst nightmare too come true when you realise that the casino has blocked you and you never really had the chance to win your money back. Hence why they only accept cryptos. The perfect scam too avoid any charge backs while hidding their identities

Breaches its terms and conditions when convenient

Encourages customers too break the law and play from prohibited countries.

    Has no responsible gambling tools

Accepts all amounts of deposits, losses and bet sizes

Limits wins, withdrawals and blocks accounts if you complain

The regulators are from an unrecognised jurisdiction and don’t respond to complaints.

You will only ever win your money back. RTP appears fake.

Customer service are scripted response and usually results in customer dissatisfaction

Do not care about checking in on customers loosing too much

Loyalty program is a joke. Don’t expect too get any vip treatment even after loosing $1,000,000

    Stay away from fortune jack

Can't complain about fortune jack I mean I have had multiple nice cashouts the withdrawals are not instant but they are pretty reliable but you usually get your with drawal the same day for crypto as you can expect it has all the games you find on all popular casinos the minimum withdrawal was high first $150 but it is now $50 which is more reasonable.

The worst casino you could see in terms of responsible gambling facilities !!!
Imagine you can‘t request a self exclusion to control and manage your gambling conduct and the employee from customer support just discard your concern under the pretext that there’s nothing they can do for you !!!

The option to use different currencies for deposits and withdrawals at FortuneJack is a major plus. It provides flexibility and convenience, catering to a wide range of player preferences and financial situations.

Says USA is allowed, but when I tried to register it says our country is banned.
  8. Mzolivas1
Claims USA is allowed, allows you to fill out the registration, then it sends up a red flag saying my country is not allowed
  9. JamesDBrowne
I appreciate how customer-focused this casino is, especially when considering aspects like bonuses
  10. Thanyajaco
The customer support team was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed with detailed and helpful responses. This level of support instilled confidence in the platform and made me feel valued as a player.
