    this casino has a lot of bonuses to offer i have ever seen in my years of playing online casinos, even when you still have not yet spending any money and way more generous when you do think of thst! the down side of this site is the slow processing of withdrawal.. its not like usual casinos with automated withdrawal . better if they do they will surely gain more players for sure

    The slots in this casino are scripted — there’s no license. They offer many bonuses, but they’re in no hurry to pay out winnings. I won $100 with a no‑deposit bonus, but I only received my winnings after 10 days — and that was only because I filed a complaint here.

    Won €900, then account banned and withdrawal refused
    I won €900 and requested a withdrawal. Shortly after, my account was banned and the withdrawal declined, with the claim that I had "multiple accounts," which is not true. I had seen other reviews describing the exact same thing and had my doubts, but went ahead anyway. My experience matched theirs exactly.
    In my opinion, this is not a legitimate operator. Given how many similar complaints exist, I find the high rating here hard to believe. Avoid depositing money with them.

    My account was blocked, and a pending withdrawal of $180 USD was rejected; the reason given was that I supposedly have multiple accounts, which is a complete lie. I registered and verified my account with this casino over a year ago. I have made deposits from my personal account at least five times, and this wasn't my first withdrawal—I had successfully withdrawn funds on two previous occasions without any issues until now. The pending withdrawal was generated using a bonus I had successfully cleared; I wonder if the casino disliked that and decided to block me rather than pay out the winnings. I am attaching screenshots as evidence, including the conversations and emails we exchanged. Please note that everything is in English, as this casino does not offer Spanish-language support. The complaint form only allows me to upload five screenshots, so I tried to include the most important ones. 1st: Shows the withdrawal that was being processed before I was blocked. 2nd: A screenshot showing a previous, successfully processed withdrawal, proving that this wasn't my first time withdrawing funds. 3rd: The email notifying me that my withdrawal was rejected and listing the reasons for blocking me—all of which are false. 4th: A screenshot of an email from the casino confirming a successful deposit; I made that deposit months ago using my personal account. I should mention that my account was verified using my real details—including my INE (national ID), proof of address, proof of identity (selfie/liveness check), personal email, and mobile number—all of which were verified and linked.

    This is a site that is gaining good popularity. I have already made a withdrawal and received my funds in up to 3 hours. The problem is that I have been waiting for 3 months for them to make a transfer for a VIP account from another casino, their team only answers me with copy paste answers because they themselves do not know what is happening and I do not even know if the VIP transfer promotion is not working but is just a way to show that they can offer this and in fact they cannot.

    I love GoldBet Lion , cause they have great games and they do have also great bonuses. Of course you need to do some deposites, and after that they give you some free bonuses. Money withdrawal is easy so cannot complain about that. Overall I would say that they're one of the best online casinos I ever played.

    The GB casino blocked me after I won their bonus and tried to make a withdraw. They accused me that I had multiple accounts as actually I had not. They were the one who offered me their free bonus to my email after I registered at their casino. If I had multiple accounts, why would they did not alert me instead of sending me free bonus. Despite of very small $100 dollars withdrawal request, they refused to pay. And when I asked them a lot of questions, they blocked me.

    Easy signup with a good welcome package. The only downside is that once a bonus is redeemed the bonus balance can only be played on a very limited slot selection. KYC process is also not very efficient and would have loved a wider variety of cryptocurrencies to withdraw. The slots also seem a bit tight in my experience but will continue to play here and hopefully have some luck in future.

    Avoid this place like the plague.
    They will try to lure you with bonuses and what not, but dont waste your money. Even the games themselves have a terrible RTP I swear to god.

    At this point, I'm just visiting this site to prove my own point. Im at 30+ days of spinning the daily wheel 3 times everyday. And wouldn't you believe it, I was "unlucky" without a reward for 90+ attempts. Crazy how luck works, isn't it? At this point I do it as if witnessing and opposite miracle just to see how long it's going to take. (Hint: it's going to be forever)
    When i confronted support (only on telegram btw, as if that wasn't a red flag enough) about that being statistically almost impossible accusing them of shady business and untransparent conduct, they had the audacity to wink suggest that maybe after some "activity" my luck on the wheel could change. What more can I add? The only wheel these guys should use is the breaking wheel. :)

    They declined my withdrawal request and my account got banned !! I don't have any idea why they think, that i have multiple accounts or anything else...

    My KYC was successfully finished and i made a deposit with using the 1st deposit bonus. When i won money in slotgames with my real balance (about nearly 200€) I decided to cancel the 100% and the winnings from the Freespins.
    For starting to get verified and withdrawal my winnings...
    After I finished the KYC process successful I was opening a withdrawal request about 165€. 2 days later they declined my request and my account was locked.

    They aren't answering to my emails, except they are always copy pasting the standard info text from their mail I've got from their system, about the locked account.

    They don't tell me any reasons and/or details, about the locked account.

    I cannot believe they can take my money and ignore any questions i wrote them. I don't get any fair chances to unlock my account.

    Mega scammers, as soon as I made a withdrawal, I got banned for a duplicate account that was made by a friend of mine. After I started to get duplicate account messages, I wrote to my friend to stop using the account as well, and I sent an email to their support to cancel the account(that was sent months ago), and I did not get banned but now after I made a bigger withdrawal, this fraudulent company thought that now's the time. Avoid at all cost
