Blacklisted. Under new management! As of November 2016, the business relationship went sour among the management of the family-owned Club World group. The partner responsible for the group's former good name was overruled and eventually walked away leaving the brands in the hands of the remaining family members/owners. They’ve since taken the business in a new direction, one of dishonour and a blacklisted status. The new regime reportedly sought the advice of the crooks associated with rogue operation AffPower, a decision that is extremely concerning. As shocking as this must be for the group’s loyal players, please heed our warning and steer clear!

    I am not a fan of this casino. Deposit offers are plenty but KYC process is a terribly long and time wasting exercise. Live support is terrible and they usually find anywhere excuse not to pay you your winnings. Definitely wouldn't recommend this casino.

    Well, if your endorsing this dump the you haven't played there long because if your lucky enough to win enough to withdraw something they'll punish you afterwards by never letting you win enough for another one.

    I'd say they're blacklisted for a good reason and only make their money on degenerates who keep coming back for more disappointment. Save your money or give it to charity, anything is better then giving it to this dump.

    I think not so bad because I played in this casino about customer support which was too cooperative. May be now new management policies are not according to player's mind that's why some are against the casino. The minimum deposit in this is somewhat high $35.

    This casino gets major props from me for being one of the few RTG/SpinLogic casinos out there that actually allows a player to use a deposit bonus coupon that allows a player to play both slots AND table games!!!!     Lucky red casino was okay to play but my withdraw literally took 7 months to process. I came up with every reason in the book not to process it and then finally after about seven months and no more excuses they processed it I won’t be playing there again
