I made an account with them early this year, I played mainly sportsbook section. I managed to make my 200€ deposit to around 1000€. I did not take any bonuses or violated their rules. On 13.2.2018 I made my first withdrawal of around 290€, they asked my documents to verify my account. I sent them and they were accepted, then after a couple of days I tried to log in to my account, but it was blocked. I sent an email to their support to ask what was the issue. They did not give me any exact answer. I have tried to contact them several times but no answer.
Then an interesting fact came to my attention. I tried to ask assistant from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (as it is mentioned that they are the License provider for mrxbet.com). I got an response that the License for mrxbet.com has been terminated on 20.9.2017.
So it seems like this website is operating without a gaming license. This should be mentioned on your website, so no other player gets "robbed" as I did. So basically they stole my 1000€ without any explanation.
Hopefully you terminate featuring this casino on your website or at least put a warning about their rogue behavior. -
