    This casino is probably in the bottom five, if not the bottom three of the casinos that I loathe. For starters they use RTG, which sucks and borea me to tears, but they give you this ridiculous welcome bonus of over $200 with a play through that doesn't feel achievable at all. Do yourself a favor, don't even bother clicking on their casino to load their page... you might get a computer virus.... not really, but they are that awful that I wouldn't be surprised.

    Looks like the country is set to USA -Live chat was not helpful. I said im not from USA - they said, well then dont tick it, then I said how do i put my country code in the mobile part and he said, exactly what your number is? Then I SAID - Ummmm are you guessing your answers? And if so, well, now we have the 1st problem... I went on a bit about Customer service and blah blah... closed chat. So, no bonus claimed and ...also IM only assuimng its only USA.... because all you can see are the us states.. hahah!

    Similar to Casino Extreme & Brango, etc. this site gets a solid rating from me. The KYC. process was super fast, the speedy withdrawal system is the best around, and the steady flow of regular offers come on the daily. If you could cash out the bonus funds, withdrawal a smaller amount than 50$, or play games other than RTG, it would be pushing a 5. Even without those options I still find myself returning daily redeem my offers -plus I really like the graphics and design of the site!

    Selective VIP Recognition: It is outrageous that many players have their keychain recognized within minutes, yet as a winning VIP player who has been with this network for over two years, I am being forced into a two to three day stall.
    • Refusal to Honor Existing Verification: As a 40 year old man, being told my ID needs a manual review at a sister property when I am already fully verified across the rest of the entities is a blatant stall tactic.
    • Misleading Staff Direction: I was intentionally persuaded out of using my 100 percent cashback coupon by staff who gave me false rules. Once my deposit was gone, they pushed me into a capped 25 free spin coupon to limit my win potential.
    • The Alex Paradox: You cannot claim to be a separate entity to justify withholding a payout when the exact same staff members are working the desk at your sister sites. If you share the employees, you share the guest's status.

I think because it was different at first and then had a lot of issues. since it has converted to being like the others, they are t actually faster than extreme and limitless. I know I posted once that I got my cash out within 8 minutes and people be thinking I'm lying except for I posted the screenshots. but this casino. I cashed out last week from a free bonus and it took like 2 minutes to get the email and not even 5 for it to show up in my wallet. so I'm saying...     Sooo. I beat the play through odds of a welcome bonus and for a few days I’ve been waiting on confirmation that my account is verified. Sent info on site and also via email.     I've never had a problem waiting for any extended amount of time with these guys. Now, they've recently undergone an overhaul, and ditched a TON of really cool providers which made me kinda sad.( especially losses 1spin4win, my absolute fav). But, the RTG games are still solid. Before all this, after kyc etc etc, I never waited more than like 45 minutes for a cash out, usually 20-30 minutes tops. Since they ve remodeled I haven't cashed our yet so I'll hopefully update this when I'm rich here any time now.

    If I could give this place less stars I would. I just closed my account after fruitless efforts at get a good faith bonus to replace comps that would have accumulated if their advertising was not false. Do not spend money here. Although they are “powered” by Spinlogic and advertise to US Players you cannot accumulate comp points because only after heavy pushing they disclosed that Spinlogic games are not available to US players. Their bonuses are poor and no matter how much you deposit in one day and lose their max loyalty is $30 unless you push and push for more and even then, thousands lost and the max loyalty they award is $100 - wagering requirements make it almost always impossible to recover any losses.

    had a pretty good experience with Orbit Spins. I was able to cash out my winnings from a no-deposit bonus after making a verification deposit, but the process was a bit different from what I’m used to at other casinos. Usually, with a no-deposit bonus, you can withdraw everything right after meeting the terms, but with Orbit Spins, I wasn’t able to withdraw my verification deposit right away. I still had to wager my verification deposit, which I ended up losing. I was able to withdraw my no-deposit bonus winnings immediately after my deposit went through i had a good time the games were fun, and despite the slight difference in withdrawal process, I still had a solid experience. Definitely a casino worth trying out!

    Got back to back $10 daily no deposit bonus even after the initial $150 no deposit bonus and wasn't expecting much from this site but did end up winning $50 off of one of the $10 daily NDB, and honestly my verification process wasn't as long as some others have said theirs were mine took 2 days and I started it on a Sunday and yes I had to make a $15 deposit before I could withdraw my $50 NDP winnings.     Very much enjoyed this casino at first. Welcome bonus is good and easily wagered. The verification process too them 8 days before I could withdrawal. A little to long to me. My main issue to why I havnt deposited here anymore is the lack of incentive offered by casino and the support is out if the 4 interactions is had. 3 were very off putting and added to me not depositing again. There's no cashback program right now and when you loose your clean deposits don't look for help from support with spins or anything. Also there's no bonuses for existing players, only new. If they change any of that it would be a great casino.

    Started here and got lucky enough to win the $50 off if the welcome bonus. Only issue I had was it took a solid 8 days to get verified and then had to verify my crypto account through email. Even after that they request a $15 verification deposit that is not withdrawable with your winnings. But everything else after you get past that stage is wonderful.

    Love the game selection here and even won off the welcome bonus. But all the joy goes away when you realize this casino has a really long verification period. I'm on day 4 and all that needs to be done is someone there look at my id and selfie pic to verify. But for some odd reason that's time consuming work here when most others do it within 30 minutes for that kind of verification. Fix that and this will be a 5 star casino.

Played through the free chip then after seeing advertised on thier own site that they offer 20% instant cash back I made a deposit. After I played my deposit I contacted chat for my cash back and they said that promotion is listed but not actually available.     Took 4 days to get verified. Had to make a verification deposit to withdrawal bonus. Min deposit is $10 but was told to do $15. I deposited and the and waited almost an hour did not show up in my balance. Customer service held it and didn't inform it.     I played the $20 free chip, it was ok I guess. I decided to read through their KYC terms and conditions, and it says on there TWICE that players from the US are restricted. So I went to chat, a John Smith asked how could he help me, I asked whether or not US players were allowed, I waited like 10 minutes, and he or someone ended the chat. So now I'm like ok I don't care if I am allowed to play there, it's a big fat no from me. If my first interaction with a businesses customer service is this rude and unhelpful, this tells me it ain't going to get better later on.     I have claimed the $20 no deposit bonus, also had. A $5 bonus in my rawards with a very x10 low wagering which I never see that. Hopefully I can wager the $600 on the $20 reward and update on the cash out part. But I love the setup .

    The initial interface was weird to navigate and I had to actually reach out to customer service to get the no deposit bonus but once I got the bonus I did get to play but the winning odds seemed very low but maybe it was just a bad day for me. Good variety of games and will try again.

    Signed up and it was very quick and easy. I claimed the bonus did play through and now getting verified to withdrawal. 3-5 business days they said depending on how busy they're. Hopefully its sooner but not bad. Huge variety of games to choose from and game play was really smooth. No lag what so ever
