    This casino is in my opinion a knock off or mirror of some of the casinos that I frequent. Same layout, same design, same bonus almost identical to Yabby, Bonus Blitz, Xtreme Casino, Brango and Orbit Spins, Limitless. The only thing I do not like about this casino is if you do not win on your sign up or the free spins offered in the first 10 days and do not make a deposit in that time frame your every 3 or every other day free spins are not available. Where as casinos like the ones I mentioned aside from orbit, give you free spins at least once a week

    Pacific Spins is a carbon copy of every one of these casino's. Once I realized that all of these casino's were carbon copies of each other, that they all had the same exact slots, and they just kept coming out with different names and some basic window dressing theme. Are all of these casinos secretly owned by the same shell company or something? Do they make the most profit during the first few months and then just open another of the same casino with a different name and a different theme? Regardless, in the end its all a scam.

    I was a loyal player until they showed what a scam they are. Pacific Spins basically lied in order to not pay me what I won. I heard about how shady they are and I found out for myself that they are in business to steal. They’ll start off looking like a good place until there true colors show.     This sister casino to Casino Extreme & Brango, etc. is on par with Extreme, possibly even superior as they seem to work a little harder for your dollar. The instant withdrawal feature, regular offers and solid customer service are the highlights. If you could cash out the bonus funds, withdrawal a smaller amount than 50$, or they offered games other than RTG, it would be a 5/5 -even without those options I still find myself returning daily.

    Deposit around $70–$75. That gives you flexibility: if you lose about $20, you can still withdraw the remaining $50, and if you win, you can cash out your winnings. Since there’s no deposit bonus attached, you only need to wager your deposit once.

Once you win too much, expect to get treated like garbage, get nothing in the way of wins, to have every promo lose, to have to drop $20+ to get any bonus for lost deposits, to have to drop $50+ to get LCB bonuses that only even have a $50 cashout. They've gotten too tight with everything and it's not fun or worth it anymore.

    Pacific spins is a great casino just like casino extreme and the other sisters sites of the brand but the thing I do not like about pacific spins is it does not give you the free spins every week like the other sites do. The slots do seem rather loose on this site but overall I’d rather deposit with extreme , yabby or Brango as they will give you free spins regularly. Sometimes multiple times a week. Good solid casino overall though.

    My biggest turnoff for this casino is the free spin program, or what I see as a lack there of. If you sign up say through this websites new customer offer and do not meet the requirements to cash out, you are given a week's worth of free spins and if those don't pan out the free offers disappear as well. Even in my experience after a withdrawal and deposit the free gifts are on a tight leash. I do like the fast payout times for crypto though

There was a new game release that also came with a bonus offer. $10=100 free spins. $20=200. And so on. This coupon allowed me to deposit less than the minimum at other casinos that offered the same bonus. (Yabby, limitless). So I sent ten bucks to get some free spins, yet for 2 hours nothing appeared on my account. Chat said that the wallet was empty and sent a link to look at the block chain. The page they sent showed my deposit. Then the funds being moved to a separate wallet. I finally sent an email to support. They said the deposit was too small and never reached their wallet. I knew this to be a lie because the proof they sent me showed my deposit being moved. So they obviously received it. Yet they are unwilling or don't care enough to credit my account. I know it's only ten bucks. But I'm a regular depositor. They should pick their battles a little better. Because I won't ever deposit there again. Yabby and Limitless have always come through for me.     My girlfriend told me about this casino and got me to sign up. I’ve played, deposited, and finally went to cash out 100 bucks from free spins. It asks me to verify my account. No problem. I realize the birthday when set up somehow is set as my girlfriends bday, honest mistake as she helped me set up my account. I send a message for support letting them know my bday is incorrect and to get it changed as their website says to do. Also submit all my documents for verification. After a few days I received an email saying this account is being deactivated due to multiple accounts and to go to my other account *girlfriend’s username* and to get verified on that one. I reach out to support again thru email to let them know, and that we will both submit what is needed but no response yet. My girlfriend also logged in, and talked to like chat support and all the information she got was same info was used in both profiles. Yes the birthday was the same but that was an honest mistake that im trying to correct, and deactivating the account with only that one piece of info and not verifying her account was careless. We’ve both put money in this casino and this was the first attempt to Cashout for either of us. She asked to have them verify her account so she uploaded her needed documentation and also emailed it as well. I sent another email advising she sent her verification in. We are now waiting for a response. If my account get unlocked and I can withdraw my money I will come update my review. But as it stands I absolutely would not recommend this casino. Couldn’t imagine my recommendation being the reason someone comes here to have their money stolen from them like I did.

      My first thought when I saw your post is that most casinos say in the terms that you can only have one account per person, household, computer or IP address. This makes sense as it can be relatively easy to enforce. They don't want one gambler in a household making accounts for every adult so they can use each promotion multiple times.

      But.... Pacific Spins does not have that limitation anywhere in the terms
      They say each player needs their own account. What you are trying to do sounds within the terms and an honest mistake was made.

      You should post in the complaints forum and see if lcb can encourage communication so you can get a resolution.

    I see many reviews of my peers not liking the many bonus promotions and promotional emails. I really love the fact that Pacific Spins offers a variety of bonus options for the lower budgeted players like myself. Than being said, I have yet to make a withdrawal here so not sure about the efficacy of this as well as customer service. I'll come back and make an addendum later for this.

    It should be noted that the no deposit bonus listed above is not for $175 as stated. This bonus is for 175 spins on T-Rex wild attack slot game at 30 cents per spin. I played the game wasn't all that impressed and rather disappointing that I couldn't pick a game myself and set the bet amount to an amount that actually might have a chance at paying off. Perhaps someone with lcb could fix the bonus to let the customer know it is not $175 no deposit bonus. But 175 spins at .30 each on the T-Rex wild attack slot game. And if the player does claim this bonus they cannot claim the 101.00 free chip welcome bonus given prior to first deposit. Because a deposit must be made between bonuses and once you make that deposit the new player is no longer eligible for that reward welcome bonus.

    I've only played here a couple times and I'm very curious about the turn around time on withdrawals? If they are part of the brango and extreme group it should be pretty good. Advice would be helpful here

      Withdrawals are the same as Extreme & Brango, usually approved and sent with in 10-15 minutes.

      If it’s your first time to request a withdrawal though it’ll be longer since you have to get verified first. It took 8 days for mine to be completed.
