   I used to play at SPIN casino. But I only lost and never got back any penny. They didn't even give me cash back or any free bonus to encourage me to play more. I stopped since then. The didn't send me to invite me back to their casino like others did.

   I play here often but stopped depositing because the one time they did pay me out it took like 3 days. The second reason because I just don't win here. That might just be my own experience but I've spun the mega money wheel almost religiously everyday for probably a year or more only missing a day here and there. I think the highest I've managed to work my balance up to was $40 1 time and that must have been a fluke. I'm only saying that because I've probably been up to $5-$10 like 50 times and could never really clear that barrier. The one time I did cash out it was from a $10 deposit I made with the 100% added at 30x and i blew through it and ended up cashing out about $300. That was probably over a year ago. I've deposited a few times since but never got so lucky again. Imo there are way better casinos. i forgot to add my rating but for those wondering it would be a dislike.

   Terrible casino, basically a clone of jackpot city. I've lost a few thousand here over the past year and very similar to JC something seems off with their games, these two casinos play exactly the same and I've done nothing but rapidly lose at both of them. Their bonuses are absolute garbage too, wager is like 50x. And loyalty points are also a joke, play for 2 hours straight and get 5$ in loyalty points what a joke.

   I deposited twice and lost my money. They attach the nonsense bonus which has got high wagering requirements. They always make calls and texts to your phone. The support staff while depositing became very frank and after depositing they became rude saying to me that only keep playing slots. You will lose a lot of money there. Don't try this casino. I am giving this casino a very bad rating.

   Upon getting lcb involved and what I thought was the issue resolved 2 days ago. I was in the middle of a game when I got a error and couldn't sign back in... I go to chat and apparently I self excluded myself... In the middle of a game after just depositing... The live chat operator Monushi had a DISGUSTING attitude. When I said I'd already sent my I. D to confirm myself she then said my email was blocked but the reason I was originally given was I self excluded myself... This casino needs to be closed indefinitely. When I asked for a transcript to be emailed I was told there is no such thing.. This casino is ugly.
