Randy White To be fair, I had to update my review on Sunny Spins as it should reflect the current state of the site. I could not originally verify my email and when I clicked on resend email it told me to contact customer service. You should have received a welcome email, as I did, I was just lacking a verification email. Reply to the welcome email and they should manually verify your email for you at which time you can go to the cashier and redeem the free chip. I redeemed the free chip and so far am up a few hundred dollars. Let’s see if I can get the play through completed and manage to cash out on the freebie. I will keep my review updated accordingly. -
Randy White Like another player has commented, I signed up for the casino thinking maybe it was gonna be a good one as it has Real Time Gaming games and also a no deposit bonus to try them out. Sign up seemed smooth enough but when I go to the cashier to try to claim a bonus it wants me to verify my email. Okay, that is expected and typical upon signing up. Only problem is they never sent the verification email. Upon clicking the normal button to resend the email it comes up with an error message saying contact support.
