    This casino is probably the top of the food chain when it comes to dissatisfaction in my book. I myself have not won here though I have used their promotional multi staged bonus, it was on a timer and very unwelcoming welcome offer. Given I didnt win here I had to actually witness a part of the insanity. My ex daughter in law signed up here and won, they were all about speedy processing of the win as she showed me the emails and chat screenshots. They instructed her to submit her KYC and one of the requirements from a free bonus win is making a 25 deposit. While I was visiting my grandchildren she was in the middle of this. One night while we were talking she left the chat window open and waiting for a customer service person for 3 hours with no response on the other side. She had sent in her license and all she showed me at least 5 times and they claim they never got a single email from her. Horrible casino you should be ashamed

    Definitely not a honest website. I have verified my account sent in copy’s of my id, utility bill everything they asked for got it verified. Gave them my bitcoin wallet to many times to count. I request my withdrawal 8/15/2025 it’s been 340 days and nothing. I guess I might as well give up ok never going to see that $55 I deposited money to withdraw and so it was a loss. So, I was happy with that, but I had to make a deposits before I would withdraw. I was unsure about it so I waiting for a month or so. After I made the deposit I played a while ( restrictions on games like blackjack were lifted ). Then, I made my withdrawal request and had to send them my documents on Jan 27,2025.

    Opinion is only based off of bonuses, and playing. No interaction with customer support including no withdraw experience yet. Not a huge fan of the game makers, but do have favorites I play.     SCAMSINO.. flat out . I won over $1000 there earlier today and when I try to cash out it pops up an error message and will not allow me to make the request .       Also am getting the reply stating "technical difficulties" regarding withdrawals and once you bring it up in chat any mention of withdrawal issues gets ignored by support. Confused on how there aren't more remarks but it sounds like its a legitimate issue. Been like 4 days now, not having that type of an issue fixed after 4 days is puzzling to say the least.     Well that was a great way to blow off 25 mins. LMAO I took the free bonus and was rather shocked at the MCO of only 50.00 yet a wagering requirement of 60X. Oh well I knew I wouldn't be cashing out even if I met the wagering total. Honestly who cashes out for 50.00. I find that to be a waste of time because I know I will just end up redepositing it.     Okay so I haven't even tried this casino yet but when reading through the terms of the no deposit welcome bonus it's absolutely ridiculous. It says deposit required to verify account which is normal for the most part but max cashout is 1x your deposit. So what is the point in the free bonus in the 1st place? Terms like this let me know it's not worth it before even trying. Trust me!
