Kaitlin Agee I was unaware that USA players were not able to play their games. It was not a good experience to have their system allow me to deposit with no warning of this prior to my purchase. My deposit was then stuck because of their minimum redemption threshold. I felt trapped!-

Alex Lee extremely frustrating experience here. I deposit 1k with a bonus, win 20k, and then before i can complete the wagering requirement they start nerfing the wagering contribution of every slot -- to 80%, then 50%, then 35%, then 20%, then 10%. As of right now every slot on the bonus wagering page that I've tested recently contributes 10% or less. This is not disclosed anywhere and they keep changing it on the fly in mid session. They basically just keep changing the rules to try to make it impossible to complete the wagering requirement after I've already deposited and won. I have to be paranoid and count my spins and keep refreshing the status page to see if they screwed me by changing the wagering contributions yet again. What they're doing is basically equivalent to lying about the rollover requirements of their bonuses, or refusing to pay legitimate winners. This 20k that they're panicking out about barely even covers my losses there from the last month. Currently at 86% complete wagering, but to get from 86% to 100% I'd have to do one and a half times the advertised rollover requirement, at least. And maybe they keep nerfing the wagering contributions even farther to 5% and 1% on all the slots. I've never seen a casino try this hard to prevent anyone from ever winning.-

Alex Lee Now I can't play any of the bonus wagering slots ever since I posted this review -- the balance doesn't show up in game. They told me wagering is disabled pending an investigation of why things aren't working properly. I hope this investigation concludes before the bonus expires on Jul 9 and takes my winnings with it, and hope they fix whatever bug was causing it to take a million years to complete the rollover.

I received an email shortly later saying that the withdrawal request was successful and I should be receiving the funds in my Bitcoin wallet within a few hours. It also advised me to reach out to them if funds did not reach me in a timely manner. The funds never appeared in my wallet. The communication has been poor. I have tried to speak through chat and also email. It is been about 36 hours and I tried to log on to my casino account today and it says I am banned with no explanation. Mark1971 Follow up - I received an email from the casino accusing me of bonus abuse. Specifically, accumulating bonus points and then trying to transfer them to real money. First, this is false. Second, I made about 4 deposits and used a bonus coupon on only 1 deposit. The bonus actually was pretty lame. You could only play a limited amount of slots and they were the boring ones. Anyways, this is a scam casino. I am grateful that I attempted a withdrawal and found out that the do not pay on legitimate wins before I had made even more deposits. -
