waseem69 I have my account in this casino. Games selections are very good. But progressive jackpot games like megamoolah and sisters of oz wowpot are missing in this casino.
Support is better because whenever I asked any question they responded very politely.
About deposit method Skrill and Neteller is present which is favourable for me.

WaroftheGods This is on a very low average high dislike scale. Goldwin has so many games and providers to choose from. Lots of deposit and withdrawl options, and support is very friendly, but not very knowledgeable it would seem. Whatever I ask it always seems to be out of their control and some other departments job. Verifying your account is horrible, but it doesnt really matter. Even with a verified account, my cashout requests are taking even longer. The FAQ on their site are littered with false information as well. Huge potential wasted with this casino. Too many red flags, Id stay clear of this one, unless you enjoy having to fight for your winnings every time. -

I've played here and went trough all the experiences.
CONS: Website is a bit slow. Takes a lot to load new slots and even for web site animations to load up. I believe this needs a bit of work. Verification/Withdrawal process takes to much. I had a win and wanted to cashout. Eventually I was able to but took over a week to do so (using Neteller).
No matter what casino, I do believe it is important to have a limit/control section where the player can set up limits or event set up a time out (without the need to send an email). I see that nowadays most casinos have this sections and I believe it might be important for a lot of players out there.
PROS: Live support is always there and they always try to help you out. They were all professional and I need to give them a big shout out. A great selection of games. All the great providers and games are there.
I also think that the deposit/withdrawal options are good (not talking about the times they take).
Bottom line: I think this casino could have more potential if they look a bit over their backend structure: maybe the servers are somewhere where it becomes lagging to other players? The verification and cashout process should be way way less painful - this is the point I really disliked the most. Besides that, they have great options and great agents. Hope they can take this comment as a constructive one. -
