132013 ok i really give up. I sent my id with a watermark as you said me. The first email said me that my birthdat was wrong. So contacted the chat support and they said that was a casino error. So I sent the same id with watermark as you recomend me and they said me that they cant accept them:

132013 I create an account here, few weeks ago. Made some deposits, and now I want to close my account and is almost impossible, they keep not answering my emails, they asked to me to send emails with reason.
