The webpage always seems off, like they didn't get something coded correctly. I feel like they may be unqualified to continue in the online casino industry until they go take a couple courses on the subject and maybe get a better ownership to boot.

Warning. Please be advised that you can expect slow delayed payments, delayed withdrawal tactics and voided winnings from this casino group. Prism Casino is part of the Virtual group, and has been known for offering a quantity of no deposit bonuses. This is one of the reasons why they have been under attack by bonus abusers, fraudsters, multi accounters etc, making it harder for regular players. That of course is not an excuse for their long and delayed payments. They do pay eventually if the player meets all the terms and conditions. Please note that if player breaches even the slightest rules, they can expect winnings to be voided. Its up to the players discretion to decide whether to play here or not. We ask you to proceed with caution with this casino group.

Миколаdff8 In general, the software often froze during the game, at first I blamed it on my internet, but then I realized that this was a problem in the casino software itself. In general, my acquaintance with this casino was short and not very pleasant, although it was more than a year ago, maybe they have already fixed their bugs -
Zackary Landreth I never had a problem with prism actually I had one disagreement an they actually reversed the decision after talking politely an respectfully to customer service rep. Yes there are rules an I would suggest you verify your account before you play or deposit it will be a smother withdrawal. But prism has paid me out an also there next day Cashback is awesome no play threw an no max cash out. -
Paul Wallace I have been waiting for a crypto withdrawal for 15 days now. It says on their site 1 to 3 days. Still nothing. Hopefully something happens soon and I can change my review. -
Talon Lloyd I initiated my 1st withdrawal. 4 hours later my bitcoin wallet notified me of receipt. Shocked to say the least. Real player, real review. I abused free chips but I also made small deposits. My withdrawal today was for roughly 400 bucks. I deposited 50 with a percentage bonus code, me my playthrough and withdrew. Again real review. As long as you verify, then play, and treat representatives with respect, you should be able to have a good experience. Good luck, gamblers. ~T -
diepoeskont Prism Casino is very disappointing. The game selection is limited, and the software often crashes. Customer support is slow and unhelpful, making it frustrating to resolve issues. Overall, a poor experience. -
Darren Kidd No. No, no, no, no, no, no, NOOO!!
If you're still sitting there saying, "They couldn't be THAT bad!", I encourage you to roll your money into a ball, drown it in your choice of salad dressing, and then proceed to eat it.. as shitting it back out later is a far better - and more entertaining - option than playing at this shit hole. -
Eternitycc1 By far one of the. Worst casinos I’ve tried. When layouts are yielded or delayed even by an hour, don’t trust it and move on. Try bitstarz chumba stake … Eve. Extreme yabby limitless brango bonus blitz.. hard to ein on some but at least u know you will get bitcoin in the next hour. -
ApexPredator93 Received a free chip, completed the play through required, submitted the KYC verification documents that have worked at several other casinos. i have not withdrawn yet but it being apart of the Inclave network, mi positive. -
samijogallo They have fun games, nowhere we you can find the same games in so many different casinos that have way more to offer. Withdrawal times here took forever for me and customer service was never very helpful. Try Brango, or Extreme if you want fast withdrawals and excellent customer service, but this casino really isn’t worth it.
