There's no such thing as RTP, no doubt the casino is rigging the slots, the support requests take ages, their bonus system is one of the worst there is. Only the withdrawals are fast but you rarely will get to make one.

Oksana Subbotova Worst casio in sence of lost payments, deposits, withdrawals etc all the time, especially sign up mobile e-wallets. Somehow it used to be at least manageable for 2 weeks of constant struggle u could get funds back/refunded, now they don't even care about providing prove of payment or trans details and reply with autorespond to every email. They don't even pretend that funds were lost dring transaction, just- don't care anymore.
I have encountered such cases many times before and some were resolved quickly, some took a long time but this time it is insurmountable. My withdrawal was marked as successful, funds were never transferred or even ordered (I received confirmation from both payment processors (sender and reciever) - no receipt from casino agent about funds transfer was provided, casino refused to send payment confirmation and kept sending auto replies to my emails. They didn't even bother to change the text of the auto message. all the sent is screenshot of wallet operator SMS that has no details and untrackable, proves nothing.
Can we ask for help in such cases? the money is simply stolen. And the operator does not care.
