   I used to be a fan of this casino and recommended it to others. Now I can only warn people about it. After being a customer there for years and successfully making several deposits and withdrawals, my account was blocked without any notice after I requested a withdrawal of 50 euros. When I asked, customer support sent me a copy of the T&Cs listing fraudulent practices. Nothing else. I did not cheat and asked for the exact reason, but when I contacted them again, I was told it was a “final management decision” – no explanation. A complaint on another large community platform was unsuccessful because the casino did not make any statement. In the end, I didn't even want to have the winnings paid out (I had given up hope), I just wanted my original deposit back. We're talking about a total of only 58 euros (no, i didn't forget a digit. its not even 60 euros) , but I haven't received a refund from Bao. Not even a response to the complaint, no message, no email, no explanation, ofc no excuse - just nothing. Isn't that sad?

      P.S.: This was btw the first and only complaint I've ever filed. In years. Simply because it wasn't necessary. I've never anything like this before.

   I will just comment to say this I am not planning to redeposit just here to Bao but I used to play it as it is a part of dama nv corporation , this type of sites usually pay me without any problems and relatively fast
   
   I here made just over €30 my initial input took few hours to play it slowly till the end, I am not surprised that I didnt win big here because I usually finish with such amounts here, always a profit.
   
   Site livechat was friendly at my time to help me handle the verification process
   
   As usually I used ewallet at that time with Bao

   interesting looking online casino with a huge number of video slots.    Another Direx NV great casino.Nice looking website,nice welcome bonuses with average wagering,their chat support nice,friendly and informative.Their KYC verification is fast and their cashout time frame also fast.Played here several times had 2 withdrawls.

   Cashed out €100(-€15 deposit) from the no deposit €10 offer few months ago. Had more than €200 at some time, but because wasn't sure if the rule for withdrawal of no deposit bonus winnings apply decided to go for €300 or stop when drop to €100. The live chat-agent Carmen was really helpful and fast when I requested her help to speed up the verification. The only unpleasant thing was the selfie reqirement, but it's a common procedure for casinos of this group.

    It's a crypto casino with bonuses consisting mainly to tiny deposits 15, 20 EUR.. It doesn't have highroller offers, but it only has a 100% deposit (which I've not used)...To me seems almost like a 'shop': not promotional offers from time to time, or free spins.. and overall I don't think their depositing offers with codes are really worth the money you put into spins (30 spins for 15 or 20 EUR..)!

    another great casino in the list of casino operated by Direx NV. i took the 100% deposit bonus a
    lost allbecause of my mistake so not going to blame the casino for that. the design of the site is very s;eek and u can navigate through site easily. the bonus terms and conditions are clarified pretty nicely. they have a lot of deposit options. it would have been nice if they had the entire package of btg games rather than a few under quickfire. i havent cashed out from the casino but casinos operated by direx nv usually process cash out within an hour. they are a trusted brand.

    The casino is okay. But not good the Bonus terms are really strong and of the reason that the games list are really long of restricted games With Bonus money i dont played With Bonus money here :( and the Merkur Provider is not the Real Merkur only a Provider that has copied they games and its really not the same than the original.. And i never have the luck to make a withdrawln here but when i See the Problem from other Player here i dont make any deposid here. Belgium casinos With real Merkur games like starcasino and circus are 10 x better that this casinos.. And the Bonus terms are really nice and here you find a lot of more and better games so i will only play at belgium casinos and when i make a whitdrawl i must drive 30 min to take my money at the real casino in belgium..

    This casino is garbage. I won here and all they do is stall cashouts huge. I sent 10 ID documents. License, ewallet, bank card, utility bill. front and back of all. They refuse cashout and ask me for a selfie holding a piece of paper writing "I play at bao casino" date and signed. What an absolute crock to delay cashouts and try and get me to reverse. There is no reason to do this, no red flags. Just an attempt to disgruntle the player. This is over $480 cashout. STAY AWAY from this clipjoint. PATHETIC.

    I tried this casino with welcome offers and all i got were dead spins and i don't talk about losing and being angry, i talk about ONLY dead spins straight to 0. On top the promotions with btc were messed up and free spins not working cauz not on btc slots, no way to fix it and all problematic with hard help so i just self excluded to make sure i don't fall on that trap again.

    I signed up at this casino a few weeks ago and my first experience with the welcome bonus was very good. Everything worked and I managed to clear the bonus and then to my surprise, my documents and withdrawal were checked and approved within 8 minutes of going into the live chat, so I received my winnings almost instantly. Can't get much better than that. Otherwise, I think their bonuses are good, but the list of excluded games is pretty long and quite random in my opinion, just have to be careful and read the rules carefully. They have a good selection of games and if you do not mind the Curacao License, then I would definitely recommend this casino for new players.

    ii have deposited 2x now at this casino using neosurf. Both times my deposit was not credited straight away and i am told that the problem has been transferred to the financial department and they will contact me via email as soon as possible.
    
    the first deposit i had to wait for ova 2hrs b4 it was credited
    
    i made my 2nd deposit today and its been ova 3hrs now and im still waiting.
    went to live chat and am told:
    This problem is between our casino and payment system. Our technical department is trying to solve this problem, so deposits can issue much faster.
    
    my 1st deposit was made on 24 April!!
    its been nearly a month now and they are still tryin to fix the problem!!
