   I been playing on bcgame for quite a while, and over that time I had plenty of good wins, including a couple of pretty big ones. Support is 50/50 for me: sometimes they help quickly, other times I have to wait or message again. Now, I keep playing here, the casino has already proven itself over time.

   Overall, I liked BC.Game. There are plenty of games, live casino, betting, and crypto payments work well. I also like the promos and tournaments, although I haven’t won anything there yet. The main downside is the bonuses - wagering is usually x30-x40, so I normally skip them.

   I was unfairly banned by BC.Game, and the way this situation has been handled is completely irresponsible.
   
   BC.Game is banning people who have nothing to do with the alleged violation simply because they were in the same location. That is absolutely ridiculous.
   
   I have followed up multiple times and provided evidence to support my case, yet none of it has been properly considered. The responses are extremely slow, and whenever I ask for the specific reason for my ban, I never receive a clear or detailed explanation. Instead, I keep getting the same generic response over and over again, even though I did not commit the violation they are accusing me of.
   
   If the complaints team isn't actually going to review the evidence or provide a specific explanation, then why even have a complaint and appeal process in the first place? It is a complete waste of time gathering evidence and submitting it if nobody is going to properly review it.
   
   Is this really how a major gambling platform is supposed to operate?
   
   BC.Game seriously needs to take a look at how it handles these cases and reconsider this entire process. Banning innocent users based on nothing more than being in the same location, without providing specific evidence or a clear explanation, is simply unacceptable.

   This casino is known in the community for some of the shadiest techniques in the industry. They run very sophisticated scams, far from the standard bonus, KYC, and similar based ones. They got $10k from me through fake responsible gaming limits that never worked, they scammed people through fake leaderboard contests and a lot more you can find by simply looking around other forums.
   Mind you, my case has been addressed on complaints platforms where they ignored it as soon as the agent started exposing them or asking for proof of their (often absurd) claims.
   
   Also worth mentioning that they have industry-worst support, that genuinely does not have the slightest idea of how their own platform works. Avoid at all costs.
   
   If they ever answer this, it will be with some utter nonsense so I'll address it in advance:
   
   1. Yes i've tried to contact them in all ways and they are always making up all types of excuses.
   2. They have ignored a complaint on CasinoGuru after it was ruled against them and are actively ignoring the opened one on CasinoMeister because the agent asked them proof of the blatant lies they posted.
   3. I'm fully cooperative, they fully know who I am and how to reach out, they just don't care and prefer to keep the money they scammed.
   4. They might attempt to say there's no new evidence. Keep in mind that in my case there's hard evidence, public and checked by everyone, that confirm their wrongdoing. They're fully aware of this.
   5. They might attempt to say that any 'new' evidence should be sent to their official support: they don't answer any type of support. They fully ignore you once they notice they're exposed and the next logical step would be to apologize and refund.

   I think this is one of the best casinos available. Personally, I enjoy their original slot game provider, "Croco Gaming." I only play games from Croco Gaming and the BC Originals, such as dice and crash games. The graphics are impressive[Croco Gaming and the BC Originals], and what I appreciate the most is that when you play any slots on BC.Game, they display the live RTP for each game. And I seriously won good multipliers a few times on the same day playing Croco Gaming slots, they're volatile, but always pay lol. This is my favourite casino so far. Never had any problems with deposits and withdrawals either. I highly recommend this one.

   At first I was not so happy paying and playing at BCgame. Because the bonus seemed unable to be unlocked. I Deposited many times and every time I lost all my money. I was frustrated and stopped depositing.
   Later they sent me the bonus code to my email every month. Giving me the free 20 dollars under the 30 times wager condition. I've made it to withdraw 2-3 times. At least they don't only take from me.

   blocked my account, reached out to their recovery team and they claimed i submitted a hack report. 3 months later no resolution and funds confiscated. the absolute worst company i've ever dealt with and it's not even close

    Was good until the last deposit
    Deposited the amount and it's been a month yet still they haven't credited the amount in to casino. 5 or 6 times uploaded the documents but it's like they don't care. It's like they purposefully don't want to deposit the amount like literally they reply like not even mentioning any valid reason for not crediting into account balance and they want the payment app full transaction history not only the payment made to casino like why do u want payment history of other transaction. Weird casino
