I signed up at CasinoRex 2 months ago. I liked their welcome offer - it wasn't huge, but it had decent wagering requirements so I decided to give them a go. I played for hours, switching from different Netent games, but at the end I didn't manage to meet the wagering and ran out of funds. The experience was fine thus far. However, what made me feel disappointed was that I had sent them an email about bonuses - a general query, but still. And I never heard back from them. Customer support is super important to me, and this made me question whether I ever want to go back.
