    I’ve successfully withdrawn funds; I can personally guarantee that this site actually pays out. The admin team provides excellent service, and I’m very impressed—the process was incredibly smooth. Identity verification (KYC) is optional for smaller withdrawals, though I’m not sure about the requirements for larger transactions. Support is great, and there are plenty of bonuses for regular players. Overall, it’s a solid casino.

    I had 4303 euro on my account, the casino have limits and you can only request 500euro withdrawal, only 3 withrawal/period.

    I have serious problem, cant handle my gaming and was terrified for loosing the fundswhen i contacted both email and chat support.



    The chat support could not help me and the email support told me they dont offer protection like loss limit or block the oppertunity to cancel withdrawal. Cuse the future is unvalible at the moment.

    I inform them 15 Times about my addiction, that i need help with protection and told them i will close my account as soon as i recive my funds.
    But until that, i need help. Try to find other solutions for protection. They didnt want to offer any, they didnt offer cool off either.

    The casino ignore respond my needs of help, they only respond on other things.
    Until i lost it all, after a few days.
    When i lost my last euro, in a few minuts they respond and told me they have close my account.

    They are not taking players safery for serious. In my case, it feels like as soon they know about the addiciton, they did all they could to make me lose the funds.

    The information on this site about withdrawal lock is false information.

    This place is different, in a good way!     I dont know i feel that most of these are just scam artists ive noticed some glitches in many games not just on this casino but others i catch on to things especially when i have time on my hands.     At first, Gamblezen looked promising. Good design, fast KYC, and my first €500 withdrawal
    was processed quickly. Unfortunately, that positive impression changed almost immediately.

    The casino refuses to allow a withdrawal higher than €500, even though their *public daily
    limit* is €2,000. I had to split a simple €1,500 withdrawal into three separate €500 requests.

    They processed only the first €500.

    The remaining withdrawals were stuck for almost 4 days. During that time, support kept
    responding, but always with the same excuses:
    • “Your withdrawal is in queue”
    • “Please wait”
    • “Processing time is 2–5 business days”

    I even received the following message from their finance department:

    “Please note that the processing of funds takes 2–5 business days.”

    This is completely opposite to what the casino advertises.
    A serious casino does NOT delay €500 withdrawals for 3–4 days after full KYC approval.

    After playing online for 15 years, I recognize this pattern very well:
    these are typical delay tactics used by non-reputable casinos to force players to cancel
    withdrawals and put the money back into the games. Which is exactly what happened – after
    waiting nearly 4 days and seeing no progress, I eventually canceled one of the pending
    withdrawals myself.

    This behavior shows clearly manipulative and non-transparent practices.
    There are many casinos where Skrill and similar withdrawals are processed in a few hours,
    not several days, and without artificially splitting normal payouts into tiny €500 pieces.

    BONUS TERMS WARNING:
    Their bonuses may look attractive, but the reality is extremely unfavorable:
    • wagering requirement: 40x (bonus + deposit)
    • maximum withdrawal from bonus: only 5x the bonus amount

    For example: with a €500 deposit + €500 bonus, you must wager **€40,000**, and even if you
    actually manage to complete wagering (almost impossible), you can withdraw a maximum of
    only €2,500. These are some of the worst bonus terms I have ever seen, and I have played
    in many casinos over the years.

    My personal recommendation: **avoid this casino**.
    You risk long delays, excuses, canceled payouts, confusing limits, and bonus terms clearly
    designed to make players lose.

    If anything changes or if the casino processes the remaining withdrawals correctly, I will
    update this review.

    Gamblezen is not a great casino at all. First, it has a Curacao license, which is famous for its lack of regulations. Second, the casino is operated by Altacore N.V., a company that offers free spins for positive reviews, which is why you should always check their Trustpilot page, where the reviews are mostly true and negative. The casinos have really low RTP, and it's almost impossible to win with a deposit. Games rarely give above 30-50x, but if you reenter the game with the bonus amount, the game starts to act normal and even pay. I've noticed that in all of their casinos, they try to convince you that they are legitimate by making sure you wager one of the first bonuses, something that occurred in Gamblezen, RioAce, as well as in their other casinos, Snatch, Ybets and Immerion.
