Jupiter Club Casino at a Glance

Jupiter Club landed on many black casino lists out there, being a part of the Grand Prive Group, dreaded by players and affiliates alike. The site opened its virtual doors in 2001, the same as other casinos from this group and as others continued to service US players even though they refused to pay affiliates after shutting down the US facing operation. Back then the site was powered by Microgaming which they've changed into BetOnSoft after losing the license. BetOnSoft recently rebranded to Saucify. The group even tried renaming their casinos, putting ‘Bet’ in front of the names, in an attempt to avoid the bad rap that accumulated online over the years.

If you decide to deposit here, you’re doing it at your own risk. The site offers Instant Play along with the downloadable free software and you can access it using any mobile device. Content is available in German, Italian and French along with English and customer service agents are available 24/7. Jupiter Club claims they use the latest technologies in internet safety. The casino is licensed by Curacao, a gaming authority from the Netherlands Antilles.

Jupiter Club Casino Games

Powered by Saucify, former BetOnSoft, Jupiter Club Casino has a vast collection of casino games covering everything from Classic and Video Slots to Table Games, Video Poker, Keno and Scratch Cards. Players can enjoy regularly held tournaments and have a chance at winning some of the potentially massive Progressive Jackpots.

Table games include Blackjack, American and European Roulette, Poker and more, along with their Elite Editions. Each title on the video slot page contains a concise review and a video making it easy for you to choose. The same goes for every game on site. Progressive Jackpots can be won in Molten Moolah, Cash Flow, Rocket Jacks and more.

Promotional Offers and Bonuses

To become eligible for the generous Welcome Offer, new players need to download the casino’s software, create a real account and make a first deposit which will then be matched by the casino with some bonus cash for more game time.

This is followed by daily and weekly promotions containing more Bonuses and Free Spins. As a customer of Jupiter Club you will earn points for loyalty. Casino’s first-class loyalty program-Loyal Flush consists of 5 tiers and each has better benefits in store. Collecting points will level you up with the goal of reaching the Black Diamond, granting you VIP treatment, luxury giveaways and much more.

I recently started gambling online a few months ago and Jupiter was the actual first online casino i cashed out with. Sending my verification documents was easy and quick, and i received my withdrawal request in about 5 days. it was $1700 but i only got $1000 because i didn’t see the fine print in their terms that with bonuses over 100% the maximum cashout limit is $1000. Besides that i have never had an issue with them. I just submitted my second cashout so hopefully that will go just as smoothly. Support has always been helpful to me and i have there are definitely way worse options out there.

They are evil and rude they will ruin da day. But aside from that they changed some rule during my play through and refused to cash out even though I got luckier than ever and hit the amount I needed for play through in one game .

Lack of interest at this one and I mean that doesn’t happen often apparently been 10 years since I played here logged in recently the selection could be improved, gameplay felt clunky, two each is own.

Scam site stay away customer service is a joke And so is their fairness. Verification process was such a headache and lengthy and the run around trying to get a cashout Was enough for me never to return. Stay very clear of this casino there are great ones out there this is not one of them

Hi [email protected],

Please private message me your casino username so we can notify the casino rep and see what's going on? Have you won jackpot playing a tournament?

I won a $300,000 jackpot and my account was almost immediately suspended when I attempted to withdraw. Complete scam. I haven’t received a penny of my withdrawal and it was denied, following all of my winnings being removed.

i love jupiter club casino because they have a variety of games to choose from and they gave me a no deposit bonus to start off with. i won a little on it and lost.

Jupiter Club Casino seems much better under different management. First indicator for me is the communication is better as well as customer service. I made a small deposit, but was unable to cash out though. I will keep an eye out and later on make another deposit and possibly redo this review accordingly, one way or the other.

I used to go in and make a few deposits here and there with these guys, the whole Genisys group, and I've been noticing a decline on their end in free comps. To me, as the previous comment had mentioned bad indicators, this I another one. When I see a reputable online casino stay fairly consistent in offering free bonuses or even good deposit bonuses and then start giving them out fewer and farther in between, I never take this to be a good sign. To me, they appear to be needing all the money they can get their hands on and do their very best to keep their hands on it (which is the name of the game I know) by not giving the player/depositor any unnecessary chances given out on the part of the casino in order to not keep their hands on that money! Know what I mean?? If an online casino is doing well, I notice that the comps are given out fairly regularly. I am saying this because I have been noticing a decline/drop in the previously given up in regularity free comps from these guys more and more. Just be cautious!! I am!

Personally for me, when I see that the minimum possible withdrawal of money is greater than the minimum deposit several times this is a bad indicator. In this casino, the minimum deposit is 20 euros and the minimum withdrawal is 100 euros. These are very bad conditions.

I see some ratings for this casino that are rather negative, but, I don't feel they deserve that kind of rating at all. I have deposited here many times and have a one withdrawal with them. I received great customer service from them, fairly decent deposit bonuses when I deposited, and my withdrawal went flawlessly. Also, I very much enjoy the games that they offer. I don't really care for the tournaments that they offer which is something I very much enjoy playing in the casinos I deal with. I guess it's a to each their own kind of situation. Good luck out there!

I warn you now.I won $3000 here and was NOT paid.I would really advise you NOT to play here,I have made complaints elsewhere with no response. No wonder they have a 1.3 glad to see others think the same! They are crooks.I must admit it,and it's a FACT they are.

Jupitar Club Casino is part of Grand Prive casino group and i opened my account long time ago.Must admit before they had very nice Terms of using many no deposit spins or chips, but since they changed the Terms i didnt visit them long time ago. They have really nice promotions with free spins or reloads and great live support.I think this is decent and safe casino to play.

I like this casino, and will be depositing soon, it has some good slots and after trying out the freechip I can see some high wins can be made. I have found the service fine so I hope the depositing will bring me some wins, Gloriabe

Jupiter Club is part of Genesys Group and they accept players from USA. This is important, because there are not so many places where USA players can play. This is ofcourse not the best one, like the others and I'm lil bit sorry about USA players that they cant have such nice casino's like European or other continent players have... But maybe they are hapier , because losing less money and could save it for other services and goods.. So Jupiter club is another BOS casino with the same problems. Poor customer services, Confusing T&C's and prblematic payouts.. Not very sure if I gonna play here again. bad experience.
deb66 7 Jul 2014

Terrible customer service and they make you jump through hoops to get a pay out. I like betonsoft software but Jupiter Club isn't worth the trouble. Stay away.

Well now i will talk about this casino a little bit dificult to get the prizes but a good casino indeed, jupiter club is a part of Grand prive casinos group, and this group had some very big problems with paying to players in past. So i deposit 25$ to them , and start playing with 50$ + 25 free spins on bucksy malone video slot. So, i am just start with 243 ways slot - football fever. I am just very like slots with many lines, because there you can hit something fantastic if hit many wilds symbols. Football fever is a very nice and beatiful slot guys. If you hit 3 scatter, you got 5 freespins, 4 scatter-10 freespins, 5 scatter-15 freespins. All freespins with x3 multiplier. Also it had feature when you hit 3 yellow cards, you should choose where to shoot in penalty, and receive some prize for it. I hit there 20$ with only 0.5$ spin. Sweet, i think. Also got there free spins few times, even 4 scatter one time. So i recommend this slot on betonsoft, you will love it! After it, with balance 115$(yeah, i am lucker) i am decided to play my freespins. On bucksy malone i hit more 30$ from free spins , and just moved to another 243 ways slot - tomahawk. There i am down to 90$, and decide to play alladin lust(dont remember is it has this name). In it i had free spins from start, and up to 130$. I played this slot few hours , and end my bonus with 77$. Nice, and i decide to cashout. So i made cashout, and in 3 days they ask docs, i send, and in 4 days they was approved. My money come in 3 days after it. 10 days total, very sick :( Jupiter club not very nice casino, nobody will want to wait their money 10days. But if for you wait 10 days for your money its not big problem - you can try this casino by your own risk but like me so only u can say if im right or not.
