   Used to be a really good casino, but now none of the bonuses usually work. Customer service takes forever if they answer at all. My last withdrawal took almost a month to get. I never had that problem when I first started playing on here a couple years ago in the past it was maybe 2 days to get a withdrawl

   You guys should be careful, they are scammers, at first they will pay once a week but after a few times they will delay to 2-3 weeks/time. And they often use their term as a reason to pay small amount, and based on the customer level, I registered since 2022 and wager is about 2mil but they still pay 300$. They sent an approval email on April 30 but have not received anything yet. I requested El Royale on April 24 but have not approved yet. I have looked at the blockchain and they receive a lot of money but pay little. And talking to them does not solve anything. I asked for help from lcb once but it was only resolved that week. Stay away

   Signed up for Las Atlantis after seeing a no deposit bonus offer on another site.
   There was a problem with the coupon code not working, and it took a few hours for support to get back to me and manually add the promo to my account.
   Didn't win anything and their wagering requirements are indeed higher than at other casinos.

   I went to deposit via Credit Card/Debit $30 just to test out the site. My bank has me verify the purchases before they accept the charge as usual. My bank sent me 2 separate charges 1 for just over $30 by an obvious fake .com page and the other $33.44 or something like that was charged by a biz from Honk Kong. When I asked them why they tried to double charge me all they did was try to confuse me about why money was being held but will be released when the bank denies the charge....which I never had the money taken from my account, they ATTEMPTED to take out twice. I WOULD NEVER use a debit or credit card here if you decide to use the site. I refuse to go back. They're trash and shady scammy scum if you ask me

   it has been a good while since i played at Las atlantis but i did like it when i was playing it. I made two withdraws during my time with them. i did have issues when i made my first withdraw but after that it was pretty easy.

   Ive never had any reason to stay away from las Atlantis, one weekend I even withdrew some good money from there. I know full well they seem a bit sheisty to others, though I keep going back and trying. I'll probably keep trying until they do something definitive to disprove my trust.

    I came really close to clearing a Rollover from a free chip here. Was tempted to make a deposit after receiving a lot of nice bonus emails but really glad I didn't after reading some of these reviews. Will definitely not play this one anymore.

    I haven’t personally played here in over a year now so this is just from my personal experience from a year or so ago and obviously this could be outdated and no longer the issues it still has. First issue was they were dishonest with their bonus advertisements and I deposited after I seen on lcb they were ranked number on pretty much every site in almost every category so I do the deed finish my play through and they tell me I can’t cash out because they deducted what the bonus amount was and after the deduction the amount I’m withdrawing no longer qualifies and then I play strategic and smart and I wouldn’t believe it if I didn’t experience it but I lost on literally every spin from there on out and that’s after being spoken to like I was some re re.. personally that alone made me not wanna mess with them and set the stage for what I expect from every rtg site from here on out

    It didn’t take too long for me to get an opinion about this casino. The experience playing the games was about average but everything else about the casino is below average from the payouts to the customer support to the bonuses everything was way below average

    Even though they have some issues inside, this is still a legit online casino that you should look into. You can still play games on it and still have its bonuses on. I do believe it can improve even more on its solid foundation.

    Very sketchy casino same with all its sibling casinos I wouldnt recommend playing here because if you win and need help you wont get it and they will keep putting off the withdrawal with more and more excuses and ive also seen reviews on other sites that have either them or there sister casinos blacklisted so be careful if you play here

    Initially signed up based on the awesome new player incentive offered. I made three deposits in a weeks time. Actually won a little and requested a withdrawal via Bitcoin. They jacked me around for a month over $150 dollars. I ended up burning the money back and won’t play here again. Learned my lesson.

    This one I really enjoyed this one not only for the fact I was able to register an account and play here without a problem. The play time was long which is everthing I look for other than bonuses and I was able to get 2 FREE BONUS Codes.     I played with a bonus, and fairly won a little over a grand. Without anything other than a vague excuse, my payouts (which are crypto) are capped at 300 dollars and take long over a week. It’s random. I’ll never know when it’s coming. I once asked where my payment was after 11 days, and they made me send screenshots of my e wallet to make sure I didn’t receive them already. Honestly, what? It has now been a month since my first withdrawal. Imagine if a real casino did this. My win was pretty nice but it wasn’t huge. I’m waiting on my forth and final withdrawal then I will never come back here. I can’t wait to be done with them. I would highly suggest not depositing here in case you do win. It’s a nightmare to withdraw.
    
    Also, it states max cash out request is 2,500 for Bitcoin and takes 1-3 days. These are false and misleading. It takes at least 5 business days, often longer. And you can’t get 2,500 at once. (At least in my experience)

    I have had a wonderful time playing on this casino. I enjoyed all the games so far the only downfall is the lack of bonuses. I can’t find a new bonus until a new month starts. I wish there was some more lol. Oh and I wish there a withdrawal process was quicker. I spent my money that I wanted to withdraw so fast. But aside from that, I like Las Atlantis.

    I played my free chip and didn't do very well. The interface was difficult to use, not sure if that's them, my phone or browser. Typical RTG games. Nothing special about this casino. I probably won't spend money there.

    I signed up through LCB because I wanted to claim the shop item for the no deposit bonus. I wasn't able to verify my email so I sent them an email asking to verify my email address but didn't get any reply. I did receive an email the next day with the bonus, but I was credited 40$ instead of 45$, which was fine but just a bit confusing. Have to say though that many of the games didn't work on desktop because of the end of flash games.

    The casino itself is OK but what really put me off and was the deciding factor for me to never deposit at this casino was not only the high wagering requirements for the bonuses but the absolutely ridiculous minimum amounts required to withdraw, its actually disgusting and personally it displays the casinos distaste for paying out Thier players a really big red flag for me, thanks but no thanks this one I will be giving a skip

    I played with my free chip. I have to admit it was easy but the games weren't as fun as in other casinos. I haven't played with real cash and I dont think I'm going to because I dont enjoy the games. If they had wild hog game I'd definitely be playing more.     Probably the best site design I've seen of any online casino. Sign up was really easy with a great no deposit bonus. After that, I heard from the site about a month later and they offered me another no deposit bonus even though I never deposited. I checked with the customer service to verify that it was a legitimate chip for a non-depositor and they confirmed. They're really nice there and if not far the whole host of other sites I'm already verified at I would definitely play here

    Standard Real-time software casino so you’re gonna get the same games you’re getting elsewhere. I can’t say that it’s any better that the others. From what I read at LCB, the min withdrawal is way too high and the time it takes to process your withdrawal relative to the other RT casinos will probably result in me looking and playing elsewhere.

    The casino has multiple promotions and you have a very good reward system, a very friendly treatment, it is a classic RTG casino, unfortunately for many players who like to make deposits with electronic wallets this casino does not have and that greatly reduces the deposit options, too many Players have limitations when we want to deposit with a card and we cannot do it because banks have restrictions for deposits in gambling houses and that is where ewallets work, hopefully later they will implement more payment methods

    So I only played at this casino one time so far so take this review with a grain of salt. One of the first things I noticed about Las Atlantis is the fact that they didn't offer any kind of free chip after sign up to test the games so I made a minimum deposit. Naturally I lost the money fairly quickly with a few different games. Perhaps I will try again another time. I also didn't see any type of player loyalty program.

    Maybe my expectations were too high but I thought it would be better. Seems to have a lot to offer but was really hoping I would be able to play longer than the free bonus I used allowed me to. It was like a one and done, wham bam thank you ma'am! Really just didn't feel like I had a good time. At least at land-based casinos there's several other ways to have fun even if you're losing.

    I can only provide an initial impression based on registering and trialling a freebie. For me, this casino provides a very straightforward no fuss registration procedure and their $45 free chip gave me the chance to try a few of their slots over about 3 hours before it was exhausted, probably due to my loss of concentration more than luck. The registration was very straightforward, the only problem I had was that I was unable to enter my correct phone number because the dropdown menu would not display my country code Australia so I had to put it a false one (which it accepted). After submitting my details and verifying my email I found the opening screen offered a confusing list of freebies so I took a chat and was quickly credited with the $45 chip. I also took the opportunity to explain the problem I had with my phone number which was also immediately corrected - this was done quickly in good spirits, making me feel quite positive about the casino. The games were mostly all known to me but included some of the most recent ones, e.g. there is the traditional Ulysees and the recent new version. All in all I found it to be a quite relaxing place which I'm happy to come back to.
