I had a positive experience with customer support, who quickly resolved a minor issue I had with my deposit. I played slots for a few hours and won $100, which I withdrew the next day without any issues. Spinia is easy to use, and the mobile version is just as good as the desktop version.

This casino is average AT BEST and most likely that is me being kind. Almost all their slots are restricted when using their welcome bonus which is a huge pain the butt to find a slot to play that you like.

They also make verification difficult for no reason. They want to see the direct transaction into their casino and they also wont accept pdf or downloaded bank statements which is super weird as downloaded documents are the most official documents you will get. The only positive I really have is they do pay I won $300 and they paid me with a few minutes. Would they pay that fast if it was bigger? Not sure.

An absolute average casino. There is nothing great positive and nothing more negative either. Except for one thing: According to support, players from Germany who deposit with Paysafecard are only allowed to play Netent. The verification did not even take 24 hours, the initial payment and subsequent payment were just as quick. Conclusion: there are better but also worse

I really enjoy Spinia cause it's nice looking, they have amazing customer support! I've made a mistake by not using as bonus code to apply my first deposit bonus. guy from from the chat support kindly added the bonus for me. Would definitely recommend playing here. Lots of nice games etc and the cashouts are super fast!

The site has a clear and friendly to use setup. Live chat agents are quick to respond.

I tried this casino with a single deposit. nothing won. good support but I had a problem checking documents. they have not accepted my national identity, yet for several years my identity card has always been accepted by other casinos.

I have opened account here just because they were offering some free spins which was part of their welcome bonus.Made small deposit here just to try their games.I liked this casino, they have nice palette of slots as for their welcome bonuses they are pretty high for my taste. They have decent casino licence which can be trust but seeing their pending time of a withdraw, think i will skip them next time, plenty casinos out there which are very fast when it comes to verification and withdraw

Spinia is another casino from N1 interactive and it is MGA licensed which means it's a safe place to play. I signed up at this casino about a month ago but never gave it another thought and yesterday I uploaded my documents and it was verified within 10 minutes which is very fast. I made a deposit after that and got my first deposit bonus without any issue, not a very lucky day and lost it all within two hours but I did have fun playing at Spinia. A highly recommended casino.

I register at this site before some months and i received a no deposit bonus for sign up ! I wager 140 euros and the wagering requirement was 250 euros so i lost !Today they sent me an email for free spins and give me the code to activate them ! When i tried to activate it it shows me a message that i cant claim this bonus and to contact the customer support !I contacted them and tell me that there was an error with this code and come back in 15 minutes with purpose to fix the problem ! I came back but told me that this bonus it is not for my country and that they made mistake that send me this code ! I asked for free spins because it was their mistake and they tell me sorry but we cant offer something at the moment ! So i dont like this casino a lot and i will think twice if i deposit at this site

Spinia casino is another Direx NV Operated casino playamo sended me an invite for this casino since i'm a player of playamo, spinia is pretty good for me, they offered me some great free bonuses after loosing few deposits also used welcome bonus but later discovered the wagering was higher then i expected, didn't readed the terms very good:) best things they have is there Payments got 3 skrill withdrawals there 1 took 12 minutes 1 took 31 minutes and 1 took 9 minutes so for me thats great, my score for them here is not so high because the high wagering on bonuses and long waiting time for live chat sometimes! and on emails they never reply sadly.

I registered at this casino when I saw on a different site that they were offering newly registered players no deposit free spins but when I tried to claim them support told me that only certain country's were eligible for the bonus and when I hear that , it completely puts me off playing with them as I dont condone favoritism so in turn I will only deposit at my favorite casinos
