I’ve had a really good experience with Staxino so far. I’ve tried several different deposit methods, and the deposits have always been processed quickly. I’ve also made multiple withdrawals, and those were fast as well, which is definitely a big plus. What surprised me most was that I even managed to withdraw €100 after receiving free spins! It’s nice to see that free-spin winnings can actually turn into a cashout. Overall, my experience with both deposits and withdrawals has been smooth and hassle-free. Based on my experience so far, Staxino has been reliable when it comes to payments.

I want to like Staxino, I really do. Their Malta license, low house edge and regular no deposit and NO WAGER free spins are all a rarity in the igaming industry.
But... what does it tell you about a institution, that has an elementary english grammar error in the first sentence that the chat bot greets you with. Every. Single. Time. (this was before the Ai agent) And rather than do something about it and fix it in literally 2 minutes, they will rudely dismiss you, or argue with you, that their "team" of "english" doesn't see anything wrong. And you, being the type of person who's driven mad by blatant ignorance and incompetency, every time you contact support and are insulted by that sentence, you remind them and end up quoting an english textbook to prove your point and explain their mistake, and how badly it represents them as a customer facing company. And they just ghost you.
So yeah, terrible non 24/7 support, with terrible response time and a terrible attitude.
To address the no wager bonuses, yeah that's great, but you better read the fine print buried deep in the terms and conditions. Especially the page long list of restricted games you cannot play with bonus balance, because it will void any winnings. Imagine my surprise when expecting a 500e withdrawal in my bank account after waking up in the morning, only to read an email telling me I played a forbidden game and my balance has been reset to what i have deposited. When I asked support why in the goddamn baby jesus they don't just NOT ALLOW the games to be played with a bonus balance, get this, they told me: "They cannot disable or restrict games for players". ... No words... As if it wasn't their website to do whatever they wanted to, As if we haven't seen countless other casinos lock games for bonus funds. This is one of the most vile, shady, predatory and anti consumer practices that is masked as transparency and the free will of players, that i have ever come across. They can't lock games, what a joke. Well what they could do is actually inform you of such conditions when attempting to open the game? No, no, no, players love hidden terms right?

   .......

But..... then on a random day you find an email with 20 no deposit free spins in a new slot that just spits 50 bucks at you on the 3rd spin. No wager, no nothing, just an easy cash withdrawal. A painfully slow withdrawal capped at 50,.. but still.

   ......

So yeah, staxino is like a brand new shoe that you are excited to put on, but as soon as your foot slips inside and you make your first squishy step, you slowly begin to realize that... yep there's dog shit in your shoe.

Not a recommender, very slow payouts had one a while ago took nearly 8 days too receive a small withdrawal, sended 3 times my id because the couldn't find it, they offer a lot of games from well known brands, withdrawal times really needs to be improved.

I haven't had the opportunity to deposit at this casino yet. I tried some games for fun and found them reasonable. Maybe in the future I can try with real money. Initially the impression is average but not enough to encourage me on this adventure.
