    I was able to get free spins after I made an account for a first time player. The games seemed outdated or just cheap graphic design. They seemed to provide a variety of promotions. I don't think I will play this casino again. Thank you for allowing me to try it out.

Not for playing and having fun but just to get confused, after registering I mean right after , popup message came asking for verifying email but the email for verifying email never 👎 came never, after several times getting tired and gave up. Next time this part is strange, when ever I tried to login “your username or password is incorrect “ but it’s not, no other way I requested for recovery password this time the recovery email is in the mailbox they sent temporary password for login next they asked again for verifying email , never come I mean email for verification email, again , again and again . It’s might because they hate me a lot 😂😂😂 terrible place.

    I had a terrible experience with this service. It’s a complete scam, and I strongly advise against depositing any money. Once you transfer funds, they will take it and disappear, leaving you with nothing. Do not trust them under any circumstances! If something feels off, it probably is. Always do your research before handing over your hard-earned money.

    I have made several deposits with this website with only 1 $500 withdrawal in over a year playing.. On August 16th 2024 I won $1,000 while playing. I submitted a payout request on that day. It is now almost 2 months later and I still have not received my payout.

    The payout is still in "requested" status. Every time I reach out to chat I either get ignored or I get told "technical issues you'll get it soon," "I have to talk to my manager," "the finance team is processing it" or "you'll get it soon." Nothing has changed in 2 months and they still continue to advertise "instant withdrawals on bitcoin."

    I have sent over 40 emails to their support and customer support emails. On Oct 2nd, I finally received a response from their support email saying they are processing the payout and I should receive it in 24-48 hours. Of course, after 48 hours I never received it. When I followed up via chat I talked to "christopher" who said they "have a lot of withdrawals to process and I'll receive it soon." I followed up via email on the 5th, 6th, and 7th (today) and the only response I received was from Grace (customer support) saying they're working on it but didn't give me any kind of timeline.

    I have screenshots of the withdrawal still pending and all of the times that I was promised when I'd receive it.

    This website is the biggest scam. Stay away.

It took a while, but once the slots opened up I ended up winning quite a bit. I won and had a great time while doing it and the customer support helped me make the withdrawal with no issues. Can't say anything bad about this one really, just another casino nothing special.

    When I tried to register on their site only few pages were displayed correcty and when click on PLAY it shows a blank page.
    The games seem to have the option to be played withouts having to download and install the software, but again cluicking on PLAY redirects me nowhere...
    I guess I'll try the oldschool installatiion in order to claim the no-deposit at least. Hopefully it will work.

    I got a real shady vibe from this casino. It seems like they can pretty much deem anything they want as " irregular play" when playing with a bonus and if you do win that is exactly what they will say when the time comes for a cashout. It's a Shane really, because I enjoyed playing the games here alot. Refreshing switch up from same old RTG casinos, but I don't trust them enough to deposit and play here.

    I posted a terrible review for eurobets on February 28. Out of curiosity I went to their website last night and asked about my withdrawal. Last night they advised me that I had not sent in my documents yet. I told Sean, through the chat room, that I had an email from them dated February 13 saying thank you for submitting your documents. He says well we don’t have your documents. I told him last week he had told me they had my documents but they had changed processors and that was delaying payment to everyone.All the sudden the chat room stopped. Do not play on this site they will take your money but will not pay you out!

    I won $500.00 on 2/12/20...it is now 2/28/20. I submitted all of the requested documents the next day and now they are telling me they "changed processors" and that is delaying payment to anyone. Funny, I found on another casino review website where they had told someone else the same story in November of 2019. If you cannot pay the people that actually win something on your site, you should not have an online casino! I have screenshots on my phone from the day I requested the withdraw, to date. Let them try to dispute my review!

    This site is similar to other online casinos and has a variety of online slots games to play by 3 of the major software providers. The site is looks to be well organized. The live chat support is pleasant and seem eager to assist and to answer any questions that you may have. Their games run smoothly on desktop, but their mobile version needs a bit of work in my opinion (could just be my device). The slot games that I played on mobile were not fully visible making it hard to see my balance but other than that there were no issues. I e-mailed them yesterday but have not heard back from them. Then I messaged in the chat but never received a response through that option either, until a half hour ago. That's when Support "Shawn" came on and tried to tell me that the only free bonus right now is the $405 promotion, and that promotion is a multi-stage to where you need to make a deposit before entering the next stage (of course only if you make playthrough pertaining to the first stage).     I talked to the chat and he put the $25 no deposit bonus in cashier for me , it took about 30 seconds maybe.
    i done a bad choose of games to start with , with the $25 it was more of a big payout feature and not as often.
