   I used to play here and it was not bad honestly, the casino gave bonuses for bad beats which means a lot for players on a losing streak so this is appreciated. I remember the withdrawals were fast and the verification process was decent as well. Not a bad casino overall.

   So i got some random email about a no deposit free spins for registration, i made an account, the free spins credited quite fast, verification was also quite fast, all nice and fun for now, i played like a few hours, wagered out the no deposit bonus amount from the free spins and i see in my account that the money are `withdrawable` so i made a withdrawal request for 20euros and logged out, then i got back after 3-4 hours and it was still pending so i started playing again and i made them around 150euros, this time i made a request for 100euros and texted the support to ask something simple and in the end of the conversation they told me "One more thing to note for your withdrawal to be approved you need to make a deposit equal to the amount of your balance and wagering x3" and i was like "no thanks, i just lost interest" got mad, lowed my balance to 0 and left....anyway it was overall fun exp

   So I am writing my comment after the stress with Fresh Casino...
   Stress came of course when I was trying to make my very first withdrawal here.
   I was playing couple of days ago, made few deposits but lost. Today in the morning I have got 6 euros cashback. It was very nice because I even didnt notice that they offering it. They sent email about my cashback. I was so lucky to catch big win quickly and asked a withdrawal of 130 euros.
   And it was declined. I have got email from them that additional question has arisen. Problem was my Cypriot phone number which was registered with my account. I live in Lithuania. I would totally understand a situation but... during verification process one month ago we had already conversation about my phone number. I explained him that I work in summer season in Cyprus, came back to Lithuania and didnt buy Lithuanian number so registered Cypriot. He said that its ok. I asked him again if it will not cost me problems? I told him maybe it would be better if I go to buy new Lithuanian sim card. He confirmed that its not a problem. I even wanted to make screenshot for the future but was too lazy to make it and just trusted.
   And today speaking via email they there very rude. I was trying to explain situation as a human but they just continue reply with cold answers until they sent me message that my account is blocked and I can unblock only if I will send document to verify my Lithuanian address. I even didnt say them that I will not send, they didnt show ability to speak. Maybe it was a robot who was speaking to me cause human speak different.
   So I sent them document and it was approved, my money came to my bitcoin account in 10 minutes. Everything is fine at the end.
   I understand that casino confusion is correct but for me it was so unfair to have that issue when account was already verified and agent calmed me down about my phone number. And rude communication from casino side about that issue is thing they should eliminate to earn love from their players.
   But despite that my attitude to Fresh Casino is positive and I will continue playing.
