   Put in for withdrawal on the 23rd of December. It’s almost been 7 days of constant kyc rejections and ridiculous requests and critiques of said requests. Officially they would say my withdrawal was requested on the 26th but that’s because they get to make up the rules I suppose.
   
   Even then and by their own terms thy are in contravention of payout time frames. They state 48 hours, it’s been over 72. Customer support use the same line every time, no new updates it’s in the final stage of security review. Spare me
   
   I hate these people and if you are lucky enough to win a decent amount straight up, well you’d be even luckier to actually get it paid to you.
   
   Ps they advertise instant payments on their site. If you are in need of a laugh, tell support that. They come up with the most ridiculous excuses.

   I’ve tested the site on both desktop and mobile, and I’m impressed with how smoothly it runs on my phone, even with spotty data. The only negative is that loading times for the live games are a bit longer on mobile, but once connected, I never had crashes.

   Casino was easy to navigate and didn't lag. Slots catalogue is pretty typical - had all my go-to's and preferred regular slots I tend to play. Deposit was instant haven't gotten a chance to withdraw yet, so unsure how well that process goes. I noticed there was chat support available which I appreciate because there's nothing worse than a casino without chat support. Would play there again.

   on a 19.6.2020 i tried to use lucky friday bonus code, i was happy to have some money in my account and started to play after the deposit, later a realised, that the code wasnt worked (, again, i think 3rd or 4th time )
   i dont know if someone else, has the same problem with the codes at the casino.
   i contacted the support tem, bla bla bla, they were very kind to me again , but the still repeating the same, i forgot to add the code ( not true, like i said, it was the 3rd time and i took care to click on the button)
   after a few messages, they told me that the vip department will give me an offer, because the support team cant do nothing, and it was my fault, and sent me the bonus therms.
   today is 23.6.2020 and no reaction, contacted again the support and gave me 20 spins with 0,05e bet, funny. no offer from the vip department, also my lastn personal manager Aleks wrote me a message, that i will have a new manager, a month ago? and nothing for now.
   look i know im not the biggest player on the casino, but if i have some money i made a deposit i like casinos, but if they do not respect me , and lying to me when im sure i did everything right , then i can not reccomend this casino, maybe theyre gonna communicate with you and help you, if you have tons of money in your account.
   im a little bit sad, because a tried to contact them, and asked for cmpensation.
   suma summarum - the bonus wasnt added, no personal manager for some reason, support lied to me about a message from the vip. dep. , giving me 20 loyality points to shut my mouth off.
   if someone has the same issue with them, please contact me, its not right, also a small player with small money is a player ho need to be respected.
