Ashmee Signed up with the no deposit bonus. Followed instructions to verify email and phone number. Entered code and it said a deposit was needed. Went to support who said nothing they can do as maintenance was happening and to contact later. Asked them to close my account they told me can't and come back later. Rude support worker -

Last weekend, I decided to try this one, because it looks okay with a lot extra features that seems pretty cool. The outcome of course is nothing special, I made deposit of $700 in total(two shots) and lost all of them after a pretty tough battle. ( I wagered over $20k in their slots before I surrendered). I did notice their 10% cashback program, which is release every Thursday morning. After clearly read and understood their cashback policy and T&Cs, I am pretty sure I suppose receive $70 cashback base on their calculation stated on their website. So, this morning when I logged into this account, I did see my cashback bonus, but it was only $19 dollars. I contacted their live support right-the-way, and a lady answered my chat request. When I explained about my situation with her, she seems completely ignored what I was saying and keep saying that cashback amount I received was correct, the funny part was, the number of cashback did not even matched the number she provided to me. According to what she said after looked up my account's states, my real cash balance was at 281.20 after I finished my first deposit's wagering. So, regardless of my second deposit's outcome, I suppose at least received 10% of $281.20 which is $28.1.
This is so obviously that something was not correct. And until near to the end of our conversation, which last almost 1 hour, she still insisted that $19 cashback payout to my account was correct, and keep ignored my questions completely.
Another thing was, I told her I played slot games only during my secession in their casino, and she could definitely easily to track down my game play herself either, but for some reason, she was keep telling me that only slots play count to cashback, which I told her several times already that I played slots only.
So, After 1 hour of pointless arguments between us, I finally decided to give it up, this is not worth it, their cashback bonus does required 35X wagering anyway. So, it is not a real mean of cashback anyway.
But for any of you want to try here, this casino is not a good recommendation based on my experience.
