I have been playing at Lucky Days for a long time and the only reason I still play there is because they process withdrawals very fast, it is such a shame that they do not have a loyalty program in play. Live chat is not always available and when you email them, it feels like it takes them ages to reply. It is quite frustrating that Skrill deposits are usually always excluded from any sort of promotion.

I singed up a few days ago. I played with a no deposit bonus, meet all requirements , won. After getting my documents approved I requested withdrawal of 200 €, the maximum amount I could cash out from the bonus. But I had to deposit €20 first. Support confirmed it would not be a problem if I deposit it a few days after winning. I made the deposit yesterday. 2 hours later o got a mail that lucky days is suspending all activities in Germany because of changes in regulations. My account is blocked. No support , just a notice how to request final payout.

I know that some casinos will suspend activities in Germany from 1 January 2023. That Lucky Days is one of them is just bad luck.

It's the casino's total blocking me from the casino and communication. Rude behaviour will get you bad ratings

It use to be my go to casino but with the lack of loyalty programme & not having 24/7 live chat really let it down for me sadly

Personally i cant believe all the talk this casino is getting in peoples reviews
I can honestly sat that lucky days casino is on my short list for my go to casinos
including everum slotsmillion lwo and 888.From there mass amount of games
to low play throughs on ther're low wagering bonuses.(which are available twice a week)
I've deposited and withdrawed numerous times with never an issue verification\
was fast and painless. this Raging Rhino N.V Casino is one of my favs.
i will say though the're lack of a loyalty system and no daily tournaments of any
kind is the reason i dont give them an even higher rating than given. But none the less
a very solid and enjoyable casino to play at..

Cannot really recommend to anyone. The verification was fast, as live chat did verify that for me. However the payment process to skrill takes more than 24 hours, and the payments are supposed to be processed within 24 hours. You cannot lock any withdrawals.

Hard to say anything about this casino.
I deposited and it was taken from my bank account. Then when i got back to the page it said it was refused.
Now i have to wait untill it comes back to my account. If not i have to send in tons of documentation to get the money back. Its important to punish the player when their system is flawed it seems like.

   Hi lightness35,
We've updated the list of restricted countries since the Casino Rep confirmed that they do not accept players from Turkey.

Firstly, It wrote that this site is ok for Turkey. But when I registered this site, it told me that this country was not suitable.

Registered with the a 20 freespins no deposit bonus code for book of dead and get 30 Euro. After playing the freespins the bonus money goes down very quickly.
