I have used the same payment method for years and then randomly I can't withdraw to my card but have to do a bank transfer & now it's working, I love this casino but all I got was copy & paste answers from support and it took forever to resolve. Still play here but it's left a bad taste in my mouth

I had a good win from the free spins but once the free spins were over, my balance had dropped to 5eur which was the maximum amount you could win from free spins. I was quite disappointed as the free spins winnings had wagering attached, so it didn't make sense to me why you would limit the maximum win from free spins. I lost the no deposit win quickly after and based on my experience I'm not planning on making a deposit.
