    I won over $500 and have been trying to withdraw my funds for days. I submitted the documents they requested, but they keep asking for more verification or giving me the same response without resolving the issue. The withdrawal process has been extremely frustrating. Looking through other reviews, it seems I'm not the only person experiencing long withdrawal delays. At this point I just want my legitimate winnings processed. If this isn't resolved soon, I'll be filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies. I hope Slots Empire improves its withdrawal process and communication with players.

    This site is absolutely terrible. Not worth your time in anyway. The site itself is not attractive, as well as slow and what I would consider not fully functional. The customer service is non-existent, the selection is sub-par and the bonuses are not only difficult to redeem, but loaded up with large wagering requirements and sneaky T&Cs. I tried to give them a chance since they have moved out of probation with LCB, but I quickly regretted wasting my time. Learn from my mistake and skip this site.

    Please heed LCB warning. This casino is pretty bad and you will regret not reading the reviews on this place. The games are standard nothing special . If you do manage a withdraw you might or might not get it. There are much better casinos around.

    This was recently launched and as a result, I was able to get the new deposit bonus again. They save this email when I did it qualified for withdrawn. Customer support said I was just qualified because I’ve already had one before for the bonus so they completely wasted my time.

    I had a really bad experience with Slots Empire. I won some decent amounts, but due to their extremely slow withdrawal process, I never received my winnings. The delays were frustrating, and despite reaching out to customer support, I received little help.

    Unfortunately, I ended up losing my winnings because of the prolonged withdrawal times and poor communication. If you’re looking for a casino with reliable payout times, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. This experience has left me really disappointed.

    The interface is a bit clunky. Functionality should always be ahead of Aesthetics. After having to provide my information for the bonus twice, I was only given $30 out of $40. I looked and they don't have a $30 bonus that I could find. Tried several games, but the slots are tight. I would not recommend Slots Empire

    I played here with free chips 30 and wagered it the max cash out is 90 from the free chip and I made it, the problem is their minimum withdrawal is too high 150$ so then I ask the chat support they said need to deposit 60$ and wager it 1x is it fair? And also I have already submitted my documents for kyc verification they said to verify my ID's I need to deposit first what a shame. I read about the kyc policy and it stated they can verify IDs first before making deposit. My documents submitted almost a month now and they don't verify it they want me to deposit first.

    Slots empire is lame. Boring games, low odds on all the slots, slow payouts, KYC is absolutely terrible. Also rival slots are some of the most dated games I can think of. Thanks but no thanks. Can't recommend empire to anyone. Keep moving if you value your $$

    I feel as if I may have already reviewed slots empire. The organization has many interesting bonuses including cashback and free spins. I know others have had terrible experiences withdrawling, however I've never even made it to the point of attempting a payout. While I haven't completely given up on slots empire ( I'm a bit stubborn like that), I am waiting till their ratings come up a bit before I deposit again. My casino name is Atomnic11

    I had such high hopes for Slots Empire, I still try it out once in awhile -just in case. I'm sorry to see it so nearly blacklisted, thought it had quite a bit of potential, as the kyc was easy and painless, though I'm pretty sure I never attempted a payout...

    The same casino as lucky hippo casino , by design. i got very easily no deposit bonus, but i lost it all also very easily. I tried on at least 15 slots with minimal bet, but games are just too tight.

    Nothing special about this online casino as far as what games are offered. When I first opened the site, I was very unimpressed with the digital artwork.     This is in my top three worst casinos online for USA casinos. First off they never give a bonus, and even if they do they will remember forever and never give you another one Unless you pay to lose. Customer support lacks luster, I wish they would have some kind of tournaments for any player that has an account here. But they don’t even have tournaments so… not worth it.

    I played recently at this casino. The casino is legit. There is no doubt you will have the possibility of withdrawing your winnings. But there were things I didnt like. The minimum withdrawal amount is way too high. However, they have incredible no deposit bonuses offers and many fun games to play. So... I think this is not one of my favorite casinos, but its not bad.

    This casino as legitimate and you will get paid for playing here it's a two-day pending payout I would say it's middle of the road as far as RTG casinos are concerned. I still don't like how the bonuses have a weird payout situation reaction deposit $50 to get your payouts off to that there shop items have such a high wagering as stated below that is correct

    I just redeemed the free spins from the Shop and won around $24 from them. The rollover is ridiculous. Something like $970. The maximum withdrawal is $100. The $24 in free spin winnings lasted me about 20 minutes. You can only play slots too from these free spin winnings. Not worth the time or LCB money to reddem here.

    Any casino that offers the bonus of a Max cash out of $100 but their minimum withdraws $150 forcing you to deposit 50 dollars 2 then cash out your winnings of $100 kind of gives me second thoughts of ever becoming a serious player there on that alone.     I liked the general feel of this casino. Nice free bonus, had fun but did not make the wagering requirement. Liked the game selection, especially T- Rex 2. Love this game, and the egg bonus. The game seems to require a big bank roll to get anywhere on it.

    i liked this casino when it first arrived on the scene they had decent bonuses but they all had a max cash out. then after awhile the minimum deposits went way up and that’s when i went bye bye. and again i liked playing there but never had the opportunity to make a withdrawal. i would play there again if they would decide to lower there minimum back to a normal level

    Well at this casino i dont like that the minimum withdrawal is 150 euros !The most bonus that gives this casino has max cash out 90 or 100 so it needs to deposit more than other casinos to claim your winnings ! I think this casino is professional but i thinks it needs to change the minimum withdrawal ! For me this casino is average although it has great games such as T-Rex and Rain Dance!From me 3 stars at this casino

    I have Deposited here many times in the last 3 months ( about $400 I think ) using a deposit bonus every time ( always using the added spins bonus ). The added Spin Bonus's come with 20x playthru on spin winnings only. The added spins are also valued about 4 or 5 times above minimum value ( instead of 1cent per-line they are 4 or 5 cents ) A great value for a minimum deposit. Always won from $50 to $100 on the free spins for a playthru of 20x on the winnings! But I have not been able to make a withdrawal request because I have not been able to complete the play-thru!! These Slots are the TIGHTEST of any of the RTG Casinos that I play at!! In turn RTG has 3 settings for RTP (return to player) 93% - 95% - 97% - on Slots. I wonder what the RTP on slots is here at Slots Empire?? The also charged an additional 10% on my Debit Mastercard. They called it a Processing Fee!!

    I tried the place with the no deposit bonus through LCB not too long ago. My impression was just that it is a standard RTG casino. I cannot report on a withdrawal experience. If you like RTG and good bonuses I would recommend Casino Brango or Casino Extreme. Until I start to hear great things about other RTG casino's I only use these two when I deposit. They offer lightning fast cashout and good bonuses.

    Slots Empire is an overall good casino. The Real Time Gaming (RTG) platform is not my favorite though there are many great slots here and quite a good variety of table games and video poker. I do love the customer service here and have been pleased with the problem resolving I experienced. Since, so far, I have not cashed I do not know about payout efficiency here. I rate Slots Empire above average.

    it was nice of them to give me a ndb but I have a few concerns that will probably stop it from being one of "my" casinos:
    first, there is no download version that I could see (and believe me I looked) second, the poker is on that weird software that
    isn't as user friendly as the typical rtg version. lastly, there is no pick em poker, which is my go to game when I need to rebuild depleted
    funds. over all I found it ok but they need to work on some stuff.

    30 no deposit,no problem...smooth uninterupted.i notice in terms n conds it states min withdrawl is 100 so players will need to deposit 10 to cash max 90 from NDB which contradicts the min withdrawl of 25 across the board as stated here in disadvantages...i will believe LCB i think.lol so far so good antway thumbs up from me.

    Lost the ndb pretty quickly, but other than that I have no complaints. Ease of access was good, user-friendly, no issues. Have only just played for the first time, but will try depositing here and see how it goes. I like that withdrawal limits, while small, are per transaction, and the payout times listed are reasonable.

    But, the 220% Welcome bonus, the max withdrawals is capped at 30 x deposit. But, good point is that they provide this max withdrawal in the bonus page too.

    This is RTG games. They give $25 no deposit bonus for 1st sign up- this is a good bonus amount to try the games. Customer support is reply very fast, not asking much and waiting time just about 1-2 minutes- this is great. Deposit easy. This casino is very new and it has 1 more sister casino too. The reason I give it 3.5 because it hard to get features and i havent requires withdrawal from this casino yet so i cant tell how they do ab this. Anyway, i like this casino.
