    I won over $500 and have been trying to withdraw my funds for days. I submitted the documents they requested, but they keep asking for more verification or giving me the same response without resolving the issue. The withdrawal process has been extremely frustrating. Looking through other reviews, it seems I'm not the only person experiencing long withdrawal delays. At this point I just want my legitimate winnings processed. If this isn't resolved soon, I'll be filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies. I hope Slots Empire improves its withdrawal process and communication with players.

    This site is a complete scam! Be warned! I won $2k and was immediately kicked out of the site and then blocked from being able to log back in. Total scam!

    Add to warning casino!!! Yesterday they send me $30 free chips that they refuse to add in the refrigerator. I was wondering why and I know why now. Think it’s better to stay away from them.

    Didn’t really make much out of and the site practically looks the same as its sister sites so basically it doesn’t standout. Didn’t win anything from the bonus as well.

    Not impressed. Wasted my time signing up just for the bonus code not to work. The graphics looked cheap and not impressive. Don't bother with this one.

    This site is absolutely terrible. Not worth your time in anyway. The site itself is not attractive, as well as slow and what I would consider not fully functional. The customer service is non-existent, the selection is sub-par and the bonuses are not only difficult to redeem, but loaded up with large wagering requirements and sneaky T&Cs. I tried to give them a chance since they have moved out of probation with LCB, but I quickly regretted wasting my time. Learn from my mistake and skip this site.

    Welcome bonus code is not working. An error message appears directing you to contact customer support for assistance. Customer support rep says the code is invalid.

    Please heed LCB warning. This casino is pretty bad and you will regret not reading the reviews on this place. The games are standard nothing special . If you do manage a withdraw you might or might not get it. There are much better casinos around.

    This was recently launched and as a result, I was able to get the new deposit bonus again. They save this email when I did it qualified for withdrawn. Customer support said I was just qualified because I’ve already had one before for the bonus so they completely wasted my time.
