BeGavin02 This is a fairly decent casino with an easy signup process and an average welcome package. Good variety of deposit and withdrawal methods. Most of the major providers and popular games are available. The KYC process could be improved and take less time to complete. The one downside is the multiple bonus offers provided whereby bonus funds can only be cleared with wagers from real money deposits. Overall a fairly average casino. -
Josh Paton I found the website for this casino to be pretty overwhelming, while they do offer many options for playing the layout they have chosen to display them is chaotic. They do offer many no deposit bonuses but they can not be played with bonus funds, which is my least favourite thing, I know I am not alone in feeling this way. The terms and conditions to find this fact out were not easy to access. Not for me. -

drgabber I believe their slot's RTP is heavily reduced. A few years ago I was a VIP player here and my VIP manager was always giving me bonuses that I disliked and he was aware of that. After I had enough, I tried to close my account which was one of the hardest closure attempts I've experienced. I have been an active player on Spinbetter for a significant period of time and reached their Diamond VIP level. According to the official rules published on their website, cashback is supposed to be calculated as a percentage of the player’s net losses – starting at 5% for Copper and gradually increasing up to 11% at Diamond level.
In my case, I have deposited a total of 21,346 BGN, which represents my net gaming loss. Based on their own cashback structure, the expected cashback should be a substantial amount. However, to date I have only received about 850 BGN cashback in total, which is dramatically lower than what should have been credited.
Over the last months, I have repeatedly contacted Spinbetter via live chat and email, asking for:
A full breakdown of cashback amounts credited (with dates and percentages applied)
The detailed calculation of how each cashback payment was determined
An official audit of my account activity
Unfortunately, instead of transparency, I received only generic replies such as "please check the Terms and Conditions" or "this is internal sensitive data we cannot share". In other words, the operator has so far refused to provide any verifiable explanation or account audit, despite the fact that cashback directly affects the financial position of the player.
Interestingly, after I formally requested an audit, I started receiving significantly more frequent bonus offers, but the promised faster handling of my queries and proper account review by their staff has still not materialized. This seems to suggest an attempt to distract or appease me with promotions rather than address the real issue.
