I registered there several years ago because of the welcome bonus! For €10 (minimum deposit and bonus user) Unfortunately, I didn't win, so I gave up on the casino. Years later, I heard about the Advent calendar by chance and won €50 in real money on the very first day. Of course, I went straight to the withdrawal. They only asked for proof of the payment method used. Since my deposit was almost three years ago and the payment history was only visible for three months, I was completely clueless. The chat gave me the final details of a long-expired (virtual) credit card. After almost an hour and 20 screenshots, I actually managed to verify it. Long story short. After 10 minutes, I was about to give up, but the chat agent was so competent and patient that I went through with it. I've never experienced anything like this in a casino before. 5/5 stars
