Wiola Haranczyk I've been a regular player for a long time. I rarely request withdrawals; I mainly deposit funds. The problem arose when withdrawing a total amount of around €5,000... 2 payments of €2000 and €1500 suddenly got stuck, no response from the payment site... then I was told to wait 5 days. Where was I assured that the payment would be made within 24 hours? Smaller payments, e.g., €200 or €350, didn't go through... and it was fine with those payments, even though they were being processed at the same time? the chat keeps brushing me off... and won't even tell me who is processing this payment... it's pathetic. -

I logged in today and asked live support for help and they told me the free spins had expired. This is one of those casinos who will find any excuse not to pay out on withdrawals. And those 10% when I had some gifts it was the smallest 3$ gift with wager, funny. I remember how I participated in Telegram channel contest and ended on 2d place. Do you think I got something good? Lol, no. Actually top-10 players got ~70 euro without wager(or with 5x wager), but not me finishing 2d. Why? I have no idea, they just said I got enough, that's it.
