Jeitrox I've played 4 days in arrow and I can say that is a very complete and variety casino online, I can play 4 days more easily, but I have to work 😭
I'll back the next week for more fun time. -
BeGavin02 I have enjoyed playing at this casino even though I've never managed to withdraw large amounts. Love their sportsbook offers, nice weekly cashback and they have my favorite slot providers. The wagering requirements on bonuses are also reasonable and can be met at times. Many generous bonuses on offer and live support is friendly and helpful. -
Victoria PV So far I really like this casino! The lack of no-deposit bonus put me off for sometime but it turns out there are multiple ways users can claim no deposit bonus spins for example downloading the app (spins are automatically awarded) and leaving reviews - its mentioned that reviews that suggest improvements, provide constructive criticism and tell the casino the areas customers would like to see changes are welcomed so I assume leaving a negative or average review will still be viable to recieve the bonus spins (have no fear, they appear to make an attempt to avoid "buying" fake positive reviews, and yes, this review is genuine 😂😂).
KYC verification was extremely fast and an absolute breeze, no complaints there, amd sometimes I do have complaints because some casinos can be an absolute headache, or worse, downright stubborn regarding KYC. Ridiculous seeing as I dknt deposit nearly enough to be a bot OR a money laundering cartel lord 🙄 one can dream tho I suppose 😂
The app is relatively intuitive, and I found when I struggled to find something the support tab offers a variety of pre-written options for questions and issues with instructions and solutions provided. Its easy to access without having to engage with chat support unless necessary. Searching keywords gives you options for prepared articles relevant to your query, and chat support is friendly and prompt if you cant find what youre looking for in the articles provided.
I've yet to deposit but rest assured having realised I was mistaken to neglect WinSpirit for so long I will be depositing, hopefully this week and I will update this review with info on that process when ive completed it. Starting to see why they took out the Rising Star award at LCB awards 2024! Lol j think theh were shortlisted for members choice at the 2025 awards too but dont quote me on that.
Updates on deposits and withdrawals to be provided but so far, im very hopeful that ive found a new favorite to add to my rotation. -
Anna Wall Refuses to respond to my attempts to collect a bonus. Yes, you bought my vote with the promise of free spins. I voted- you ghosted me. Disgusting.-
WinSpirit We're sorry to hear about your experience. Please reach out to our support team, and we’ll do everything we can to make things right.

sakshat I have played here a couple of times and deposited, i love this casino and will continue to play here. I really reccomend it -
drgabber Literally the worst casino proudly regulated in Curacao(free to scam without a care in the world). An AI chatbot would do a better job than their support team. The casino has the worst bonus system; a no-deposit bonus is as rare as a real positive review of the casino; it literally has the worst cashback percentage among hundreds of thousands of casinos. You ask How can it get worse than this?! They just changed the bonus system, and as the support agent told me, "so that players can level up more easily." Let's check how it works.
Old system: To earn 1 CP, you must bet 1 EUR. Depositing 10 euros will make you 10 CP
New system: to earn 1 XP, you have to bet 9 EUR. Depositing 10 euros will make you 23 XP
Can you imagine how easy it is to level up now? IT IS 9 TIMES HARDER TO LEVEL UP BY WAGERING! But that's not all? If you had a higher percentage of cashback on the old system, well, on the new one, it's less because Winspirit cares about the players.
Whoever manages this casino deserves the same fate as Inalchuq, getting executed by molten silver being poured into his eyes and ears-
WinSpirit We truly regret any inconvenience you've experienced. Rest assured, we're committed to improving and ensuring this doesn't happen again.

Omar Badawi They intentionally display expired bonuses to mislead players into depositing, then refuse to honor these advertised offers.
I deposited funds based on a prominently advertised 100% welcome bonus. Subsequently, their support confirmed the bonus had expired, even though it was still being promoted. Within hours, multiple agents provided conflicting information about my account status. When I sought a resolution, they sent identical, unhelpful emails.
WinSpirit acknowledged their "outdated promotional materials" caused "misunderstanding," yet they still refuse to honor the advertised bonus.
This is a systematic deception. Their website features expired offers to entice deposits, their support deflects with policy jargon, and management avoids resolving issues despite clear evidence of false advertising.
I have a complete email thread documenting their inconsistencies and admissions.-
WinSpirit We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’re taking steps to improve and make sure you have a much smoother experience next time.

krissa This is horrible casino very horrible to play at. The only convenience it has is a 3 hour withdraw time window using the e-transfer method.
I deposited alot of money here with no withdraws since October, they had me hook on the withdraw time and deposit bonuses.
They do not offer any incentives for becoming their VIP customer, and they barley offer no deposit bonuses to someone who them alot of business.
Don't even get me started on how horrible they are when asked how to solve their customers problems with the casino, they don't get back for days and when asked through email or online chat, it's an obvious robot reply. I have my own messages saved for proof, so when I went back to reread it, the support'people' replied back with same replys , everything!! ridiculous! -
Te-Rina Gregory-Hawke I remember when winspirit gave me free $20 cash take note i did make a deposit when i first registered then days or a week later i was gifted bonus
