Even though I didn’t hit a huge jackpot, I had a good time. I tried different games and had a few small wins, totalling around $130. The bonus structure was clear, and I was able to withdraw easily after completing the requirements. Mobile play was lag-free and super comfortable to use.

i do believe that casino chan has been efficient in delivering the most of our interests over the years. i can say that there is really a lot of great offers from this site, which makes it easy to enjoy. another thing that i found that has been good for the site is the wide variety of games that has been present over the years. that says a lot about the way it has improved in terms of coverage as well. Luxembourg players are very impatient, which means that these games have to be efficient and easy to play. it will be ignored all around if it offers futile games that would be hard to do at most. that is why they should focus more on game choices.

My experience with them is awful!
Dama NV casinos, never had any issues with any if them, just this guys.

Sadly they have only Curacao licence, if they were having another licence I would definitely report them to the Gambling authorities for violating my rights as a player and not accepting solid document as a proof of residence.

They won't accept my proof of residence where that document is legitimate proof bank statement. They keep running me around for few days.
(and I will never trust Curacao casino as their gambling authority is the worst one)

Casino Chan is a solid establishment with good customer support. The games variety is among the best in the industry and a lovely casino layout and design. I do dislike the fact that alot of the promotional offers are not for crypto depositors and the wagering of the bonuses is very high. Withdrawals and KYC verification is quick which is great and love the variety of live dealer games.

   Hello,

I was playing at casinochan and received a 1st deposit bonus of $250. As per the general bonus terms 1.16 which state:

The maximum bet with an active bonus is 5 CAD, 5 AUD, 5 EUR. (Unless stated otherwise in special terms for the bonus). Purchasing any game features (including but not limited to 'respin') will add to your bet amount. If the player exceeds the maximum bet when the bonus is active, CasinoChan reserves the right to confiscate the winnings.

I was betting over this limit from my first bet based on the following clause in the terms and conditions I agreed to upon registration 1.15 which states:

Placing bets exceeding the specified limit, the player thus confirms that he/she rejects the bonus and the winning received due to such bonus. The bonus will be withdrawn without the right to recover it.

Under this the second I placed my first bet of $10 CAD I rejected the bonus and therefore was not bound to rule above in 1.16 of the general bonus terms. Also under the general bonus terms 1.14 it states:

The real money balance is used first when betting. All the bets made by a player are deducted from it. However, in cases when there is no real money balance, the player's bonus balance is used to deduct the bets placed

To me this means until I went through the initial deposit of $725 CAD I was never playing with bonus money. I never once went below the $725 CAD. Also in discussion with casinochans customer service they will neither acknowledge or dispute the clause I provided from the terms and conditions 1.15. I believe that casinochan is blatantly ignoring their own terms and conditions and sticking to the ones that benefit them. I lost $14000 CAD, all attempts to work with them fell on dead ears

Another of my most favourite casinos. Pretty quick cash outs, great bonuses and good Vip program. My VIP manager Lena is an absolute legend! Always going above and beyond and gives me great bonuses haha. Have cashed out a bit from here with basically no problems.

I didn’t realise how great this casino was until I started playing at other casinos.
They have the best games but their payouts are super quick and have never had an issue collecting my money.

Seems like Direx NV casinos are popping with new casinos every other day now. I like them so I was curious to try this one as well. Took the welcome bonus, played a few games and managed to meet the wagering requirements. Got the bonus instantly without any issues, just by using the bonus code. I also uploaded verification docs and got them approved with a day, the withdrawal altogether took a day and a half, so that was pleasant. So far I've really enjoyed my time there, game experience was smooth and no issues appeared, therefore haven;t even spoken to support. Recommend.

Bad customer service! Did not get my bonus contacting them did not get a response for 2 days and did was a brush off. Note below:

They told me I needed to enter the bonus code when you make a deposit.
