   I really enjoy playing at Platin Casino these days; a few years ago it was a different story. Over time, they've also changed and revamped their presentation. I used to think it was rubbish, despite their many extra free spins, bonuses, and generous birthday offers. Now their software is excellent, and it's genuinely fun to play, win, and have smooth payouts.

   Well i used the sign up free spins( won about 5 euros) and some other promos offers the casino but i idid not made it to wagerany bonus , so think that is a little bit difficult to win there !Also for the live chat you have to wait a little bit more than other casinos which usually reply immediately.For me it is an average casino and hope next time to be more lucky and win !

   one of the casinos that has not yet implemented any of the new rules for the german market and currently my favorite. Platin offers a very good game selection that is regularly expanded, a user-friendly interface with reasonable filter options and a very good VIP program (although it has to be said that the regular bonuses are not that great). last but not least you don't have to worry about not getting paid. recommended.

    Is the best casino in my opinion !!! Casino has great bonuses, often gives out free spins .. The support is damn nice. Up until now I had no problems or other issues with the casino ...     Live chat guy named Denis is super rude and unhelpful. I asked if he could tell me if he got two emails from me with my ID so I can be verified. His response was"ill check later". What kind of support is that? He also takes forever to answer and respond and when he does its short. Not a fan of this treatment at all. Half the games dont work and are disabled. MG doesnt work. Endophina doesnt work..and a bunch of other random slots. I won 430 euro there and even though I did well...I will not be back.

    To be honest, I've never liked Platin casino from the start but I gave it a chance and I must say that was one chance wasted. Support is not always avaliable and that is a no no in my book. I'm glad I only wasted a small deposit there and since the platform switch I read a lot bad reviews about them. Somewhere they went wrong and some players even accuse them of being rogue? This is a one day fly casino for me and I can assure you I won't be playing here again.

    in the beginning it was a nice casino. i like it that they have all the meerkur slots but now they changed the platform and have more providers netent and others but when i wanted to make a deposit here i tought i check if they have the new merkur slots and found out that they dont have merkur slots any more but they still promote them on the site. lucky i checked and asked before the deposit and live chat after asking why they still promote merkur, they end the live chat very rude .

    Good casino, you will get your money no problem... They have exclusive merkur games which only a few casinos have. Some good new customer first deposit bonuses too. Also on birthday its on of the casinos where you get bonuscode for 25€ bonus if you have made atleast 1 deposit... Verification and withdrawal works with no problems, i like this casino. Site layout cool too

    This site was promoted together with other solid Merkur sites like sunmaker, sunnyplayer ect. on a trustable site so I thought I'd try Platin Casino. I had an exclusive 200% bonus offer which I took. Unfortunately, that wasn't a lucky session and I had mixed experiences with support too. I was told however that other players who I know had no problems cashing out there, and they are definitely a trustable business. I'm not really fond of their layout and their support could be alittle mor responsive. I like that their minimum withdrawal is 10€ and you get rewarded for loyalty so I could redeem some points for free cash.

    i'll explain in my best English possible , platin casino live-support member was absent from chat 3 hours for the activation of my bonus ....finally i play the cash and guess what, not winning...:( after i go check the casino and guess what the live support was back after 4 hour absent, wow finally said too late i play the money so.. he can do anything .. i closed my account there dislike 1.3/5

    platin is a very solid casino especially because i was looking for an merkur casino! i found platin as one of the first ones, they offer really great welcome bonuses with only 25x wager which is really low! there support is very good, and processing of payments especially to -ewallets is really quick there, got 4 cashouts mostly under 5 hours so thats pretty good! also my documents when asked where checked in about 1 hour! they also offer free bonuses from time to time! overall a pretty solid experience! they also offer a reward system where u collect points to exchange for cash!
