Honestly, I'll try to be as objective as possible in my personal opinion, regardless of my issue with the casino. Let's begin: It has a wide variety of slots, live games, and proprietary games. The platform is quite fluid and intuitive. It doesn't present any major problems when used on mobile devices or desktop computers. However, I must mention that, given my problem with the casino, I realized that the support is not support at all. In my case, my deposits, accumulated over a long period, "disappeared," and no one knew what to say. After much back and forth, I was finally vindicated, with Roobet acknowledging the problem. They refunded me a partial sum of 3,000, but seeing how large the amount was, they decided to only return that. It was over 100,000 accumulated. Support never gave a clear explanation of what was happening. They never gave me my gaming, deposit, and withdrawal history, and to this day, I'm still fighting for justice and to recover my money, since not only did my money disappear, but they also blocked my account. In that regard, the support is terrible, and in these cases, even if there's no apparent cause or reason, if the money disappears, they keep it. This is demonstrable on the blockchain. Given everything mentioned above, it is impossible for me to give a higher rating, as this breaks all moral or usage norms of an online casino, so I give it the lowest rating.
